LensCrafters review: kept by benefit for glasses (money)

In Dec of 2018 I started the process of getting new glasses and my local Lenscrafters location. In the process I saw three different doctors and was fitted with glasses. The prescription was not correct so they returned my money. But what they didn't return was my benefit with VSP. I went to another eye doctor got a new prescription and tried to use my insurance benefit. I was told Lenscrafters had already used it. I then contacted the local store, who sent me to their corp office. after dealing with Marice, who has only refered me to another company Eye Med. I have no idea who Eye Med is or what they have to do with my benefit . But this is outright Insurance FRAUD by Lenscrafters. As I looked through other complaints I find that I am one of many with the same issue.
