Legit.co.za review: Manager and staff / bad bad attitude

The staff at Legit (East rand mall) especially the manager on duty is so so rude, i have tried to explain to her my iPhone 6 got stolen in their shop on Saturday 04/02/2017 where there was no cameras, She said in her words "it is not our fault that our cameras are not working for a month" i have taken pictures of the shop and the staff on duty that day signed the affidavit. She said there is nothing they can do. i did not even get an apology for her attitude! they also tried blaming the east rand mall as this is their fault that the cameras are not working. I called east rand mall management office and they advised me that each shop is responsible for their own security risks etc. The manager refused to give me the number of her superior. Plain out very very rude and unhelpful, Knowing now they do not have cameras that are operational i do not feel safe in their shops! Train your staff to be more helpful any less rude. i have been a customer at Legit for a very very long time. With this incident and the staff rudeness i do not want to step foot in their shops, no wonder Legit is no longer part of Edcon, Edcon is higher than Legit's rude and unhelpful staff
