Ledequipped.com They sell garbge

They sell garbge. Save your money. What I bought online totally different from what they sent. They dont know the difference between tir and linear lenses. The service and products are the worst on the market today.

terrible. worst customer service experience ever. talked to many people for a week to fix light bar issue. gave name, phone, email, but no call back or help. no product knowledge or support. better to ask monkeys at zoo before buying. 8 units going in trash.

I'm a firefighter and when I'm not on duty, I also plow snow. I needed a light that could switch between red for firefighting and *** for snow plowing. They sent me a light that stayed red and *** all the time. I returned it and they promised to give me a refund. They sent me a new light on the same day, but it was also incorrect! I sent it back to them. When I called them again, they said it would take some time for the refund on both lights. A whole month went by and still no refund. I had tracking numbers to prove that someone at their end signed for both lights. However, they denied ever receiving them. So now I'm stuck without two lights. I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

The thing I bought was supposed to have a stop turn thingy, but this bar doesn't have it. They sent it without the controller, and when they finally sent a replacement, it was a used one. Water got in the left corner in the first week and messed up 3 light thingies. They sent replacements, but they looked different 'cause they were coated with epoxy like they should've been from the start. The rest of the thingies aren't coated like they said in the info. Now, most of the lights don't work or are really dim after only 11 months. No warranty 'cause it was on clearance. Be careful if you're thinking of buying!

I had issues when I first ordered the light, got the wrong one several times. However, that was finally resolved. I now have an issue with the light. I have called, was told someone would call back within 24 hours, no call, it has been 48 hours. I also emailed, no response. I had this issue with them during the original issues that were finally resolved. I complained about the lack of response and was told that they are busy... so I guess they are still too busy to have any customer service. My light is not working correctly and I need to change 1 set of color of lights. I simply cannot get a response back from them. I have called and get told they use an answering service but nobody calls back. I was told the email goes directly to them but they don't respond to that either. Either they need to hire people or they need to start caring about customer service. It is ridiculous that your customers who paid the money for the lights cannot reach you.

Ledequipped.com I bought the Tir 3W 360 bundle on 6/24 and it arrived on 7/1

I bought the Tir 3W 360 bundle on 6/24 and it arrived on 7/1. Delivery time and email responses were alright. When I tried to install it, I realized that the control panel for the visor lights was not at the back of the unit, so I couldn't activate the takedown lights that I paid extra for. I also noticed that the cord for the traffic advisory bar was only about 5 feet long, not long enough to plug into the cigarette lighter area. The same issue was there with the smaller traffic lights in the bundle. The description mentioned a cord to sync the lights together, but it was not included. I called in the morning and got the answering service. They took my complaint and said someone would call back soon since they were just coming in. I waited for about 2 hours and called again. I spoke to someone in customer service who acknowledged my earlier call and said someone would call back by 5pm. I didn't receive any call back. I had to call again just after 5pm and the answering service informed me that the office was closed for the holiday weekend. They said I would have to wait until Monday if they were open or Tuesday. I tried sending emails throughout the day for a response, but all I got was a reply saying, "I see the order was delivered. What is the issue." I politely responded to that email, but again, no response. Customer service is very poor. I really hope they fix the issue quickly.

Ledequipped.com My agency ordered 2 sets of running board lights

My agency ordered 2 sets of running board lights. After they were installed, they worked great for the first week. However, after it rained in the second week, several lightheads started to malfunction. They would turn on randomly on their own, even when the vehicles were turned off. We called the repair service department and they sent us new lights, which replaced the problematic ones. But after going to the car wash, the lightheads started acting up again. We called the repair service again and they sent us replacement lightheads and circuit boards. Yet, once again, after replacing all of the above, a light rain caused them all to malfunction again. This has been happening for 1 year and 10 months. It's important to note that every time repairs have to be made, we are charged for labor hours. Now, we have reached a point where we don't want these light bars anymore. It's obvious that they are not designed to withstand being outside of the vehicle, even though they were supposed to be. We finally asked the owner to replace the bars with surface lights, and he flat out refused. His idea of customer service is to have us send the bars in for repair, even though we have already replaced everything on them at least 3 times. These running boards cost us over $800 at the time, and if they are meant to be on the exterior of a vehicle, they should not malfunction when wet. Yes, he sent us return labels, but how can we have faith in the quality when two sets malfunctioned in the same way at the same time?

I bought a light bar from Ledequipped.com Corp in June . The lightbar fell apart after just 5 months. I reached out to the seller, but they said it wasn't covered by the warranty. According to their policy, the warranty is for 3 years. The lightbar fell apart because of a manufacturing defect.

Ledequipped.com I bought a light bar from Ledequipped on March 30th

I bought a light bar from Ledequipped on March 30th. When I installed it for the first time, the wire inside burned and smoked. I reached out to the company and they sent me a new module, but it didn't fix the issue. I contacted them again, this time with pictures, asking for a refund, but they refused. Now, the light bar turns on without any power running to my truck and it flickers all night, as shown in the video I included. I'm worried that it might set my truck on fire. As a firefighter, I spent a lot of money on this light bar, but it's just garbage. All I want is a full refund, and I'll send it back.

Ledequipped.com I bought an interior visor bar and a deck bar from Ledequipped.com Corp

I bought an interior visor bar and a deck bar from Ledequipped.com Corp. on September 17th. When I got the items and put them in, I noticed that the deck bar had the wrong color. The boxes didn't say what color the LEDs were, so I couldn't tell until I turned it on. I contacted Ledequipped.com right away and they asked me to send them pictures of the item. We exchanged a few emails with pictures, but then they stopped talking to me. I sent the pictures again, but still no response. I emailed them again to tell them I was worried, but they haven't replied yet.

Ledequipped.com I bought a $600 light bar from LEDEquipped 8 months ago

I bought a $600 light bar from LEDEquipped 8 months ago. The light, while responding to an emergency call going 50MPH, came flying off my truck and broke the wires right out of the light. Further looking into the light, the "quality" parts LEDEquipped puts on their products (magnets and non-grade 8 bolts) snapped off and made the light bar fall off my truck. The wires were ripped clean off the light and I could not proceed to my emergency call. They are saying it's not their issue or problem and they won't do anything to help. They are selling a product that is dangerous and I want a new light bar at the cost of their company, not out of my company's pocket. I am displeased with the way LEDEquipped tried to "handle" this issue and I will not stop until they meet my resolutions.

Ledequipped.com I bought 2 led equipped fullsize lightbars online

I bought 2 led equipped fullsize lightbars online. They sent it to *** because they couldn't send it to a PO Box address. I emailed Led Equipped that I'll pick up the shipment from *** Hilo Hi in person. I went to *** on Wednesday the 28th of April. I got one box with one lightbar (A-1458 Green) and they said the 2nd lightbar (A-1460 Tow Amber) is missing. So because that one box had an invoice showing 2 lightbars in it. Led Equipped is saying I got both lightbars and is ripping me off $419.95 dollars for the missing lightbar. I already emailed the company many times to fix this problem. I'm mad! Is this how they treat first time customers? Also, the box was damaged and it was the wrong style lightbar from their online picture. False advertising.

I bought a light bar (part# A), an extension cable, and a headache rack bracket from this company. They sent the wrong light bar (sent part # A). I called about it and they offered me to keep it (it costed about twenty dollars more), so I decided to keep it. About 3 weeks after I installed it, one of the brake lights went out. Then, about 2 weeks later, the other one stopped working. Additionally, one light in the front started flashing randomly, and around 7 of the other lights stopped working. The ones that were working would sometimes come on by themselves or not come on at all. I received the light bar on 6/30 and started calling them in MAY . I sent a video and returned the light back at my expense by ***. They received it on 6/7, which was nearly 2 months ago. They won't let me talk to anyone on the phone and have stopped responding to email. I am out of over $700 for the light and shipping it back, and they have the light bar. How can they do this and get away with it?

Ledequipped.com I got a lot of their lights on my vehicle for my job

I got a lot of their lights on my vehicle for my job. I gotta have 'em to get to certain work sites and for safety on the roads. When me and my crew started buyin' stuff, the boss man, Jay, said if we had any problems, we could go back to the warehouse and he'd take care of it. But now he's changed his tune and wants us to send the parts back to him before he'll send us new ones. That don't work for me 'cause it means I can't use the lights while they're gettin' fixed and they could get damaged in the meantime. Some of the lights got water in 'em and it's messin' 'em up. Jay got into a big argument with one of my buddies in the crew 'bout different problems with the products, and now he ain't answerin' our messages or honorin' the warranty for any of us. We've spent a ton of money with him and this ain't fair. Seems like this is a problem for lots of folks based on the reviews I've seen online. He also said he won't cover water issues, even though he's fixed 'em for me before.
