So, I called these guys up at like 11 pm and some dude answered the phone all casual-like, like he was just chilling in his armchair and had to get up to answer the phone. I was kinda taken aback and thought, "Hmm, these guys don't seem very professional." And then, get this, the first sentence he said was in perfect English, but then later on I could hear this Asian accent, like it was a different person or something. But hey, I figured I'd give 'em a shot anyway.

I sent them my work to proofread and edit. They did fix the mistakes, I'll give 'em that. But man, they changed the sentences so much that it was hard to understand what the writer was trying to say. There were even some sentences that weren't even finished! And let me tell ya, there were a couple of big mistakes that would've really messed up my grade. I was in touch with a guy named "Mark" who told me to send over the SPSS raw data. I explained in detail the questions I had about the raw data and the issues I encountered with multiple regression, specifically the need to fix the multicollinearity problem. Mark then asked me to send the multiple regression output I had done using SPSS 22. After receiving it, they simply replied saying they got the same result. They later sent me a regression output that didn't actually solve my stats problem. They suggested trying a "trial and error" approach to see if they could find a solution. They sent me the output for a hierarchical regression, claiming it solved the multicollinearity problem and addressed my stats questions. However, when I read what they had written, it became clear that it didn't actually solve the stats questions or the multicollinearity problem. I informed them of this and requested a refund since they hadn't provided the service of finding a solution for my stats problem.

They completely ignored my request and didn't offer to continue searching for a solution to my stats problem. On top of that, they kept the money! It's up to you to decide if you really want to take a chance with them. I also couldn't find the company's name in Companies House, and it seems like they use the same mobile number for all parts of the UK. My advice is to stay away from them.

I gotta say, Home of Dissertations (dissertationhomework.com) really let me down. I mean, they charged me an arm and a leg for their services, but did they deliver? Nope, not even close. I was hopin' for a solid 2:1, you know, a nice 60% or higher on my essay. But what did I get? A measly 40, which is way below passin' grade. Can you believe it?

And here's the kicker, they ain't even willin' to lend a hand or give me a refund. They straight up promised me that I'd get a high score, but when push came to shove, they left me hangin'. It's like they don't care about their customers at all.

Don't waste ur time n money with those unprofessional ppl. Their level of academic English is substandard. I had to get rid off most of their corrections n do it again. They were very bad in following my instructions, which made my document even worse!
