LeafFilter Gutter Protection review: Terrible company!

I contracted this company to repair my gutters and to fix leaks that were damaging the facia on the side of my house. They came and inspected my house and insured me that they can fix the leaks and add a couple gutters and quoted me a price of $2500. I agreed to the cost and scheduled the repair/installation. They came out and installed the gutters and “repaired the leaks”. Two days later it rained and the water was pouring off the side of the roof, where they supposedly repaired. I called them to come out for a warranty repair and they sent somebody out a week later. They told me that they were able to seal the gutters and fix the leaks and there wasn’t going to be any more issues. Fast forward to this winter and as soon as we got rain, the leaks were still there. I called them to come out for repairs and they sent someone out that did an inspection. The inspector told me that my roof was the problem and that it wasn’t the gutters. I explained that I paid $2500 for them to repair the leaks because they said that it was my gutters and that they can repair them. He told me to call back and ask them to send somebody else out. I called again and they sent someone else out and he tried to tell me that it was also my roof and that there was no flashing and that’s why it was leaking. I asked why the sales person that originally came out didn’t tell me that and he said that he doesn’t know because they don’t work for the company anymore. I went back-and-forth and finally they had someone else come out who is the lead installer. He claimed that my roof is the problem and that I needed kick out flashing to direct the water to the gutters. I explained I only hired this company to fix the two leaks which they did not do. He said that they sealed and reinforced the gutters and he doesn’t know what the sales person promised me, but they are not responsible for anything else. The sales person, installer and warranty person could have been
truthful but instead lied to me.
