I have been an installer for 3 years for Leaf Filter office located in Tallahassee, FL. Within that time, we were one of the top installers. Recently, I received a charge back on a job that completely had to be redone. We had no knowledge of the service in order to get first choice of resolving the matter. We did another job and worked for free with no pay due to this chargeback. It was told to me by the service manager there that he has not told me of any services. I signed a contract with Leaf Filter as a subcontractor and clearly in my contract it states the subcontractor has the right to be notified of a service on a job that company performed to resolve the issue. This office is in violation of my contract I signed with Leaf Filter. I later found out that this was a gutter job we did over a year ago and the redo, done by another installer, was performed over a year and a half ago. Leaf Filter warranties gutter installation for a year which means this is past the time frame. It was recently made known to me that the reason the job needed to be redone was due to storm damage which is also not covered under Leaf Filter contracts. I had to find this out from another source as the Tallahassee office was keeping it hush hush. I also find out that they made more money at our expense by selling 315 ft. of Leaf Filter guards, yet we lost $1388.00 for storm damage. I have tried to get in contact with the higher ups that are in charge to help but just get a call center saying they will leave my number for them to call me back. I am not saying all offices are shady, but I can assure you the Tallahassee, FL office is. If you are a subcontractor, don't choose that office. They only care about themselves and nothing about the subcontractors and they are extremely rude.

Desired outcome: To get my money back from the charge off as per it was not an installer issue but a storm damage issue that was not disclosed to me.
