Getting calls everyday from RSI to collect debt. I have no debt and this may be for another person not living with me.

RSI Enterprises, Inc. ("RSI") is in receipt of the complaint and has done a thorough investigation. The number, address, and last name matches who we are trying to reach so it seems it may be a member of the household we are trying to reach. I would encourage the complainant to call in and direct us to the appropriate way to get in touch with the consumer. However, having been made aware that this is an inconvenient number we are removing it from the accounts in question. This of course does not prevent if new accounts were to come to us with this same number, but for these accounts now active the number has been removed and we have added the number to our Do Not Call list in our dialer software. We consider the matter resolved having met the demands of the consumer.

RSI Enterprises I found out while applying for a home refinance that I had an unknown medical **** on my credit report

I found out while applying for a home refinance that I had an unknown medical *** on my credit report. I called RSI Enterprises to pay it immediately and to request them to remove it from my credit report since it was added in error/oversight. They said they could not remove it. This was not my fault, I always pay my medical bills. I have an HSA account SPECIFICALLY for my medical expenses. I want the collection removed from my credit report.

RSI Enterprises, *** has received this complaint and completed a thorough investigation. The consumer alleges that was unaware of the ***, but in our conversations with him after he checked with office he was aware of the *** and said had attempted to pay it, but there was an error. When informed that we would not exchange payment for deletion he informed us he would then dispute and pay client directly instead. We have not yet been informed of this payment from the client so the balance remains due and a valid collection account. A notice was mailed to the consumer's confirmed address on 5/27/21 and a number of voicemails were left at the home number on file. Unless there was an error on our part or our client's part, there is no room in the Fair Credit Reporting Act for us to request a removal of this debt from the consumer's credit. The Fair Credit Reporting Act is clear in that we should Fairly and Accurately report the status of our accounts and that is what has been done. We consider this matter resolved having addressed the allegations by the consumer.

RSI Enterprises This collection agency is attempting to collect on a debt I do not owe

This collection agency is attempting to collect on a debt I do not owe. Sonora Quest has routinely failed to bill insurance at the time of service, despite both insurance provider Info being given. Sonora Quest was contacted about this bill, again my insurance information was provided. I was told to disregard the bill and now RSI has placed a derogatory account on my credit everyday for the last 5 days. I am not even sure that is legal. This is harassment over a debt I do not owe.

RSI Enterprises, Inc. has received this complaint and done a thorough investigation into the matter. It appears this complaint is more against our client than RSI Enterprises, Inc. and in review of their noted interactions with the patient there may also be a BBB complaint against them open. In reviewing we do see the insurance information provided to their staff. We have located a member of management that was able to submit the secondary to be billed and we will follow up on our end. In the meantime we are requesting a deletion from the credit bureau, but be advised that should there be found to be a problem and the balance due, this may report again. We consider this complaint to be resolved at this time.
