LeafFilter Gutter Protection review: I would like Leaf Filter to send out a repair man to fix the angle of my gutter so that it's tipped toward the downspout and remove the ice shield.

On May 1, 2021 I hired Leaf Filter to install their gutter guards. The gentleman that sold me the job advised me that he would need to install an ice shield on one of my gutters to avoid leakage. He advised me that this gutter would need to be cleaned every fall due to the shield and all I needed to do was contact the company every year. He stressed their warranty but failed to advise me that after the first year I would be charged $95 for them to clean it. I paid almost $2000 for the installation, and I would have been better off hiring someone every year to clean my gutters. I feel by the salesman not advising me of the future charge it was a bait and switch. I asked LeafFilter to send someone out to remove the ice shield and advised them that the gutter isn't angled and they will only send them if I pay the $95.
