John *** was great. He was helpful throughout the whole process and made sure to answer every question we had. The roofing crew was phenominal. They were here on time, were fast and clean up was amazing. No issues and my roof looks great! Would definitely recommend this team.

We had a wonderful experience with All Square Roofing. John *** was our contractor and he was very professional and timely. We had our roof and siding redone due to hail damage. John and his team were prompt and thorough. He scheduled to be meet our insurance adjuster and ensured that all damage was covered. Our home was repaired professionally and without problem. Making the initial inspection for hail damage was really easy and the took care of everything directly with my insurance. John and his roofing team were easy to communicate with, did a great job, and left no mess behind. We also had them replace our gutters later, and they did a great job there as well. We recommend them to everyone we talk to!

John and his team are truly professionals. They delivered exactly what they promised and they were excellent to work with. They made the process easy and effortless, on time and on budget. The field crew that came to do the actual work completely cleaned up after themselves. Not only do I highly recommend them but personally I will use them again if needed.

Awful work, *** used strong arm tactics to secure a contract, did not return messages for months at a time, then threatens to send us to collections for remaining balance because we refused to pay final balance until repairs from their shotty work was made. Had to take legal action. Shingles detaching, chimney wrap falling apart wish I could post pictures ! Need it all replaced !

Should not even receive a ONE STAR. Bad communication, promises only. 4 inspections to measure since windows ordered in January . The last measurement was in July .We want to cancel and will have to take action on this poor business practices. We were promised windows in May, 2022. It is now August, 2022.If they could only be straight with us and communicate weekly at least as to where we are and keep their promise on the date.

work level of a crackhead , many leaks and they steal and leave you with a mess edgars crew is not qualified to roof dog houses , major damage to my home with pictures for proof , bare wires left hanging in attic , smoking dope on my roof. *** and *** and crew , reroofed my flat roof 4 times and its a messstill , don't believe a word mat , *** or *** or the people in the office tell you because it's a bold face lie , pictures for proof upon request

Deserves NEGATIVE stars! Dishonest thieves doing partial botched jobs and charging insurance companies and homeowners for illegitimate work and additional damage caused by their workers, then threatening liens and court action after abandoning unfinished and abandoned jobs. Adds extra expenses to invoices of work never performed. What was 'completed' was not secured rather mingled, sloppy and temporary, and has sagged, cracked and detached. Does not respond to calls/ emails. Has companies in several names to due to legal issues in several states including probation in ***. Have complaints in with Attorney General and will be taking full action! Meanwhile, work promised and additional damage has to be completed with a new and reputable company after losing thousands. Do not be scammed by them or let their relentless soliciting fool you.

We worked with andrew and now apparently jake. Andrew at first was great. We were quoted one price and had additional work needed done and they did it quick. However we asked them to fix mistakes they made and all of a sudden they stopped coming or said they were and never showed and then asked for their money without finishing. They didn't replace our siding and gutters but told insurance they were doing so for the extra money. They did end up replacing the siding their roofers put nails in after they left the siding sit on our property for months on end through snow ice and rain. We have asked for the original contract and they will not send it. They keep saying they did when it was never received on our end. They keep putting the receipt in someone else's name instead of what was on the original contract as well and are now saying if we don't pay the additional costs they are putting a lean on our home. We have tar smears on our roof, nails are still being found in our yard, had to replace popped tires, they put edging on the house that didn't match the rest and called it cosmetic.

Came to my house and offered a great deal for new windows and came the next week and did a final measurement said it would take *** weeks for the windows to come in. That was in the beginning of May I called them on the weekend of July 4th to get an eta cause it had been two months since we ordered and, the guy we talked to (*** I believe) said that they had fired the guy who quoted the job to us and nothing was ever ordered. He said that he would put the order through on the same contract ( I'm not sure why we never got notified about our order since it was still an active contract) and, he said that he will call us on the following week after the holiday of the 4th to set up another final measurement. At the end of that week with no call yet we called again and he said the same thing again, next week. Now it's the next week and we've been calling him personally like he said to and, leaving messages at the business for him and his assistant and nobody will answer or call back. I just want to cancel cause I have zero confidence in the business honoring our contract and I feel like I will have to go to court if we continue with their business.

Dishonest, Having read the ComplaintsBoard.com reports On 8/29, we met with *** and signed a contract for roof repairs gutters, Front porch, painting,replacement of Front and back of rotted wood for.$13,622.44. They came two weeks later and started the roof, left a terrible mess - damaged our ceiling inside above our stairs.They never returned, despite numerous contact with ***-Who never returned any of our messages. Our insurance company indicated that the file needed to be closed, and we told them that All Square.never returned to complete any of the work. As a result of the work being incomplete, on June 9,2020 we received a fraction of our original amount/claim fronour insurance company. All square roofing caused us to lose our insurance funding and pay for the rest of the work on our own. On 7/2 we signed a contract to have our gutters installed forv$1,675.00, we had the rest of the work done that was not completed as well. On 11/2, We received a collection notice for *** from *** with added interest of $2668.07. At this time we sent several requests for them to show any evidence of any items used with dates workers came to complete the job, and nothing was ever submitted to us. On April 11, 2022 we received a letter from their attorney that they were suing us if we didn't pay the amount owed by April 29, 2022. Again, I asked for documentation and for the first time received a copy of a permit for the work (issued on 7/27, but dated July 15.) A Almost a YEAR AFTER the contract we signed. There was never any inspection by the village pertaining to this permit that the work was completed correctly. The despicable way we were treated by this company has caused serious issues both financially and emotionally. *** and his company are dishonest, we had our gutters done by another company during the time they supposedly had a permit. How does that happen?

Let me start by saying John Kornaki was very good to work with, and he met with the insurance adjuster and got all my hail damage covered. that was a good point. The crew possibly illegal immigrants with Oklahoma license plates and very little experience roofing, a house did not follow directions very well, and several nails that were not driven and completely that were visible, showing through bumps in the asphalt shingles. The ridge vent that they put on was not straight the skylight that they replaced was not square and they did a horrible job cleaning up, The price it was charged to my insurance company was about $8000 over the estimate price of $14,000 and because I checked the box on the contract allowing all square to negotiate directly with the insurance company. There is nothing I could do and when I complain to the insurance company, they didn't really seem to care all square charged the insurance company for 29 square roof vents when they installed zero instead they installed a ridge vent. It appears that the sales person that I dealt with John has left the company. I would not hire this company to roof a dog house.
