LeafFilter Gutter Protection review: Leaf filter

We paid about $18,000 for Leaf Filter gutter covers in 2018. Ever since then all the corners have leaked like a sieve. In addition, when it rains heavily the gutters completely over flow like waterfalls. They came out in 2019 to reseal the corners with their crappy caulk that doesn't work. We complained in 2020 about the leaks. We were brushed off by the service contractor who said the gutters had to be completely dry for them to fix. We requested they use flex seal at the corners, but they said they didn't want to. We called again in 2021 and got no response. We have called multiple times in 2023, July and August. We had an appt in August and they did not show up. I called them and they lied saying that we canceled the service appt. We are livid. The leaks are damaging our home and caused interior water damage in a basement room. If they don't respond to this, we are filing a complaint with the WA State AG's office and visiting our attorney. Their warranty becomes null if we try to have our own repair person caulk the leaks.
