lbc courier
good day its been a month since my wife came to capas lbc to ask for your service to deliver the package to my friend in sucat. but sad to here when i track the package they deliver it on june 7 2019 but the didnt locate the receiver and they didnt call the reciever. my friend call the lbc main office in makati to ask about what happen the customer service said like this its the courier have a problem not our if you want you can get it in the warehouse! this how you train your employee? my wife pay for the delivery house to house not to pick up in brance or what so ever? then the courier deliver again on june 12 2019. why shoul they deliver it after 5days? i know that lbc is a big company and a lot of customer but we have also need the items that entrusted to your company. its been 10 days when i subbmit a complain about this. lbc capas call my wife and said that they will return the item last thursday but no items came! im dissapointed about this! they need us to pay for another shipment fee. its your courier fault not mine. if they do there duty properly no complain will be subbmited. i am not receiving any responds to your side hope you will do any actions about this
delayed delivery and not accommodating staff
Hi LBC,
This is a formal compliant against LBC Sapang Palay Branch. I've went earlier twice ( early morning and this afternoon)in this branch to follow up my package delivery that should delivered yesterday. The staffs is not accommodating to the customer to answer where my package is. They said it's already in their delivery staff who went to deliver package earlier this morning but until now there is no delivery of my package.
Please take action on this . This is the second time my package is delayed because of the neglegence of the staffs of this branch.

delay of delivery due to negligence resulting to damage of cargo
I just want to inform and at the same time complain about the cargo being shippes last Monday July 1, 2019 which i did not receive until this very moment, Phalaenopsis orchids in particular. It was being declared that the cargo contain such thing which we all onow were perishable.
Upon tracking the said cargo i found out that it was bei g delivered to Tagbilaran City instead of the address being stated. From Tagbilaran it was again being forwarded back to the Central H. Until now the cargo was still underway...3

remittance

I called yesterday morning april 3, 2019 to get my remittance. I ask if the remittance is availble. They told me that I should come to their branch. When I came to their branch and asked for the amount, they say that the amount that I will be getting should call in advance to accommodate. Now, this afternoon april 4, 2019, I called to reserve the amount that I will be getting. I came to the branch a little past 6:00 pm and accommodated. After checking the record, they cannot give the amount because it wasnt on the system! I called twice. Its so dissapointing and time consuming to go to the branch just to get nothing!

Hindi naiingatan ang mga packages. Tuwing narereceive ng mga client ay yupi ang mga box. Lalo na kapag RTO na, hindi man lang kami ninonotify na hindi pa napipick-up ng client ang packages bigla na lang ibabalik o RTO. Ang masama pa, sira sira na yung product at hindi na maibebenta pa sa iba. Ang mga rider hindi maayos maghanap ng address. Binabalik sa amin kahit sasabihin ng client na wala namang dumadating na delievery sa kanila at reason is wala daw receiver. Kahit hindi maideliver ang parcel bayad ang LBC. Yung mga bank deposits sa COD halos isang buwan bago ma-withdraw.

No information was given to us that the package was not received by the recipient.
Also, the recipient said that they don't refuse deliveries contradicting the status given by the tracking last May 3, 2019 that it was refused by the recipient.
I went to the LBC branch where I sent the package and they told me that it was disposed already due to none claiming within a month. That package contains ORIGINAL documents which are very IMPORTANT to us. You should have given us an update about this matter so that we can reply to you immediate but no one gave us the information that it was not received. So, how can we retrieve that important document?
You should have returned it to us instead of disposing it without our approval.
Is there a policy about that disposal? May we have a copy of the written policy about disposing a package without informing the sender about it.

March 16, 2020 when my parcel was shipped out by the seller, due to Covid19 they say 2-3weeks as shipment was delayed so we dont bother to check the status as we also never received any Message or Calls from LBC about the delivery! May 4, 2020 I ask the seller for an update as on the system it stated "Shipment Issue" and I ask my sister to check at LBC Batangas too the status and they say parcel have'nt arrived yet! and on July 2020 LBC Pangasinan say they will send again to Batangas Branch so I choose to exchange the parcel's name under my another sister name. July 20 I still cannot track on LBC tracking online so I ask the seller again! LBC Pangasinan say that its on Manila disinfecting! Oh common! 5months and still disinfecting? then I message the LBC fb and they say "shipment is already disposed last July 25, 2020"! NO CALLS NO UPDATE and yet anyhow disposed my item! I'm your loyal customer from Singapore but this is unacceptable! I want you all to send me that you even once contact us for the delivery of my item! and please refund the amount of my item!

Delivery
Why do you get the contact numbers of the recipient or the sender when you do not even send SMS message on the approximate time the package will be delivered (morning, afternoon, between this hours) or if the delivery is already outside. Does the recipient have to wait all day? The package was not delivered because apparently the house was closed.
I checked with the intended recipient and there was a short errand that has to be attended and there was no one in the house for a short period and the package will be delivered the next day. Why can smaller delivery services send SMS message on the time window the delivery will be made and a big delivery service like LBC can't?
The package was sent last Saturday morning, its already Tuesday.
Money remittance
Nagpadala ako sa mother ko ng pera then hindi ko pa nabigay sknya yung control no. nagtext sken ang LBC na claim na daw, paano nangyari yun eh hindi ko pa nga naibigay sa nanay ko yung control no...pumunta agad ako sa branch kung saan ko pinadala sabi sken na claim na daw sa padre faura branch at gamit foreign passport, paano nangyari yung ganon na nireleased sa ibang tao! At sa foreigner pa! tapos after 2weeks sasabihin sken na wala silang kasalanan basta na provide daw yung details na kelangan nila irereleased yung pera, so kahit fake pala yung ID na nag claim ibibigay pa rin ninyo? Sabi pa wala daw training ang mga staff nila sa proper verification kung totoo ang ID's so kasalanan ko pa wala silang training sa ganon? Na kahit sino pala Pwede mag claim kahit gawa gawa ang ID pwede na yun? LBC anong klaseng company kayo! Ang laki laki niyo ganyan ginagawa niyo sa mga customer niyo!

I hope u will pay attention to this employee named Ritchen Bastasa from Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte Branch. She's very rude. Its like she's shouting the woman who transacted before me. Plz teach her how to handle your customers well. I have been working into Customer Service, but what she did to the woman is so degrading! She doesnt even know how to greet ur clients and say thank u after the transactions which is very basic.
accepting of product to be sent to another place
I just want to complaint your LBC branch in Tanauan City and Walter Darasa in the province of Batanagas. They are always insist to put our good/product inside a tupper wares whereas the outer sides of the product is made of metal. I suggest them to put a bubble plastic like what Tuguegarao Branch in Saint Paul Branch did, they put a bubble plastic and they put it in the LBC box and safely received in good condition, but they are closes minded and will not accept if the product is not inside tupper ware.

Nagpadala po ng package at lbc pavilion mall last June 26, 10:41am for Robina Delfino sa Goa, CamSur. Up to now hindi pa nareceived, we tried to locate the package tracking #[protected], but tracking # not found. Pinuntahan ang lbc pavilion mall, per lbc personnel on duty, package has been delivered. I am waiting since yesterday for my creditcard to be received BPI provided me a tracking number when i tracked it is readyfor delivery yesterday, then i waited for a call wholeday but i did not receive any call. I have items ordered from Shopee Philippines, in fact there are 4 items and 3 of this items were already delivered to me via other courier. And just learned now that the remaining One (1) item with LBC Tracking Number [protected] is on its way BACK to the seller for LBC reason that is NOT true. The transaction status report last June 25, 2019 - "We tried to deliver your shipment but recipient was not present at the given address... etc" and last June 26, 2019 - "We tried to deliver your shipment but recipient refused to accept... etc" are NOT true. Who ever reported this is a big LIAR! Just to inform you the delivery address that I declared (on Shopee-Philippines) is my work address. And how this LBC reported reason to be true if I am present on the date/s they claimed they deliver it? This is NOT the first time I experience this with LBC - Tarlac City (Main Hub), their services is really BAD! I am disappointed because of this poor service from your team, my shopee-Philippines will be put into Bad review. I am hoping in good faith that thru this report, sanctions should be given to those irresponsible staff of LBC Tarlac City (Main Hub)!
