LBC Express / damage on item delivered


i just want to share my experience with LBC of Glorietta 3 Service court Basement level Ayala center makati city, I have been with your company since day 1 of my business and ever since i entrust the safety and delivery of all my items with you. its just that on June 11, 2019 when i delivered another item the "Jordan wings frame" going to Laguna. Nag ka damage yung item ko eh naalala ko na sobrang mahal na ng ibinayad ko na shipping para sa kanila at nag add pa sila ng sobrang daming bubble wrap para daw mas secure. (This means add nanaman bayad sa ship fee) Buti nalang mabait ang customer ko at maganda ang pag kaka approach saakin. Hindi sana ako mag rereklamo sa company niyo pero yung point na pinag-antay pa ko ng sobrang tagal sa Landline hanggang ngayon hindi pa din sinasagot.
i'd like to know kung ano ang remedy na pwede ninyong ibigay as soon as possible id like to request a refund and a monetary value for the item i have been shipped.
