I ordered a product from Lazada. The brand uses LBC courier. I tracked. My order arrived yesterday, May 23 2019. The delivery guy went to my house at about 4 pm. He asked me to sign the receiving papers. I did sign them but they made me wait because they had to look for my package. They had a tray box of other customers' packages. Unfortunately, my package was not there.

I am disappointed by the service. They had my name on their receiving papers, but they did not prepare my package to be delivered. The compamy should lecture the delivery guys to always prepare what packages to be delivered the day with the guide of the receiving papers.

HARI NG SABLAY mas bagay!

I dont know theres a delivery today. When I track my delivery they said the receiver is not attended. The delivery man must text or call me so that I am aware that there will be a delivery for me with tracking number [protected]. Hoping to resolve the problem. I also call the customer service but their difficult to contact. Resolve also this issue for the customers.

As per BDO May 13 dineliver credit card ko at may nagkareceived na hindi ko naman kilala. Kinuha ko name ng nagreceived at hinanap ko lang sa fb. Namukhaan ng mga kasama ko sa bahay. Taga samin pero ako hindi ko sya kilala.Sana maging mahigpit kayo sa pagpapareceived ng credit card.

He is so unmannered and unprofessional. I am an online buyer, and he shouldn't told me to just cancel my order and command me to go out for him, because first of all, no one texted of informed me that my order will be delivered today. That's why I don't inform my mom about it.

He called me, then told me that he is the LBC delivery and he want me to get out. His voice sounds irritated, I don't even know why

hi i would like to complain the services that you provide for us your customer..
its so hassle when it comes to deliver/sending/claiming/shipping items to your other branches..

also the staffs are so unprofessional, they have lack of customer services, and when it comes to updating and tracking the baggage they are full of excuses. not trying to get the customer side/complaints..

it happened April 29, 2019 (monday)
we shipped the items that bought by our customer.. the address of the receiver is on olonggapo but until now may 22 2019, the customer call us that they haven't yet received their packages.. so we checked lbc atc branch and found out that the customer baggage is still pending on the branch of olonggapo. its more than a 2 weeks now.. we gave them an alternative address of the receiver but until now its not yet delivered... we really don't know if its the fault of atc branch or the olonggapo branch. we provide a detailed information of our customer/ receiver to both lbc branch.. also the alter address the number of the receiver.

please be aware that the services that you provide for your customers are not professional way.

I sent a large box last February 2019 through LBC Express service from Malaysia to The Philippines. I originally assigned the receiver details under SHEILA MAE BULKAN FLORES. Due to unavoidable circumstances, I had to change the receiver details under my mother's name JOSEPHINE PAREDES PUIG in April 2019. I filed a report through email and made several follow ups through LBC's customer service. LBC has always given a positive response that the report is duly recorded and their corresponding delivery hub team is advised accordingly of the change in receiver details. After weeks of tracking and follow ups, the package is still NOT delivered and the delivery team surprisingly told us that they haven't received official notice to proceed with the delivery to the new address. The box is 3 months old as of today and we still haven't received it.

The tracking says that it needs to be pick up . The customer is a teacher and dont have time to pick it up.Please deliver it ASAP.

I would like to know why until now I don't receive the payment to my item pick up on cop basis. They lbc staff from graceland malolos that I have to receive a text message from lbc before I can claim the payment. The item was already picked up last may 3 at san juan - mandaluyong delivery team. I have to pick up my payment to lbc graceland malolos.

The LBC Gumaca branch claims it has been instructed to postpone the delivery (according to the LBC track and trace report), I do not know who told them that, but it was not me, moreover, nobody saw the delivery person at the address of the delivery and he (or she) did not try to contact me.
I sent a mail explaining the problem to, so far (after 24 hours) no answer, I tried unsuccessfully to call LBC Gumaca at 0423176605, but got no answer.
I would really appreciate if LBC Gumaca could call me ([protected]) to set a new date and time for a sure delivery, (two previous successful deliveries already happened without any problem at the address I provided with my order), please read below the aforesaid delivery address:

Tracking #: [protected]. My husband sent my credit card to me via LBC last Apr. 24 which I never received. I raised a ticket - [protected] via your phone support Apr 27 and was advised that status was delivered. I never received the package so I requested for the copy of the proof of delivery. Nothing came! I even emailed customer care, still nothing! Please note that my personal data is in that package and the one who has my card can actually use it. Data privacy has been breached in this case. The delivery guy contacted me and insisted that he had delivered the package to the person who was at the gate of our condo. Why would he do that? I even left an authorization to our help so that she can receive my package and your delivery person just gave it to anybody w/o verifying the identity. Is this your protocol?

My name is Sunjee Joy E. Legaspi, 30 yrs old from Batangas. I was shocked when one of my friends sent me a screenshot of a message of someone who is unknown to him. This person named Sammy Del castillo from Zamboanga is looking for me in facebook as she has a transaction with me. As I was curious I message this person and I had known that somebody is using my name as a seller in Cebu. She has a transaction with this person who is claiming to be me. she said she bought an iphone and she sent the money via LBC. She sent the money to my name and was weird that the money was claimed at Cebu Ayala branch. This person who is claiming to be me has my Pag ibig ID but I was curious how come she has my ID and how come she was able to receive the money under my name but ID has my photo but was not able to caught by the LBC employees that it is a different person. FYI. I am not from Cebu. I am one plane away from Cebu. i was in Batangas when the incident happened. This is serious as someone is using my identity in scam. This should be investigated by LBC specially the branch in Cebu Ayala. Ithe buyer I are willing to send proof and testify on what happened. We need this to be investigated.. I attached here the copy of transaction slip and the confirmation that it was claimed by the person claiming to be me. This is a proof coming from the buyer. Also attached my ID that the impersonatot was using in transaction. Got the photo from fb post of buyer as she thinks I myself is a scammer. We want this be resolved as the buyer confirmed that this person continuously used my name in some transactions. We want the money of the buyer to be refunded to her. We want this person using my name to be in jail.. Phone number of the person claiming to be me is included on the receipt but as per the buyer it is no longer uncontactable. Here's the details of what happened:

May 17 around 4-5pm at LBC SM East Ortigas Branch:
I went your branch to enchashment of my lazada payout. Unfortunately on of your crew told me that the system got an error and they will email something( I don't know to who) to unlock the transaction. I never got any amount, and told me to come back tomorrow onwards, and I can claim it any lbc branches nationwide.

May 19 at LBC Robinsons Galleria around 4pm: I went to this branch but the lady crew told me that the status is already enchash status. She said that she can't do anything and go back to LBC SM East Ortigas to follow up. She said she also send an email.

May 20 around 11am to 2pm.today I went back to LBC SM East Ortigas. Your crew told me that status is already enchash. I waited for so long 2 to 3hours because they told me that they already email again the error and just wait for the response. After an hours of waiting, I just took my lunch and go back to them. The guy crew told me that there is no response yet and the most irritating part? He accused me that maybe I received the cash already that's why the status is already encash. How come I will go back and forth to your branch if I ready received the money?
For just little amount of money I will not do that ! How come that your crew will accuses your customer because of your system failures and poor management?

With this, I want you to investigate. Maybe you have CCTV camera, If you are accusing me that they already given the money. Let's see your CCTVs on these two branches.

Hello. Bakit po ganun ? Hindi na po kayo nag nonotify or nag ttxt sa customer niyo kung asainyo na ung package ? I dont even know how or what to do now with my package . Na nasa internal mail dispatch. Please naman help me. This is so not right. Tagal ko hinintay ung package na un . Tas di ko makukuha.
And nung nag punta ako sa LBC, and nag ask sa personnel na andun, she said na nag ttxt daw sila. Eh sa wala talaga ako natatanggap. kaya ngayon ito mag babayad ulit ng SF para mabalik sakin ung item. Sana lang di un nasira or what.

However, to my dismayed. On behalf of other customer, kindly do a favor to us.
You can immediately investigate and assess your staff at Sunshine Mall branch, Taguig City.
Facts and details:
1. Sometimes on May 19, 2019 around 4:00 PM onwards. Your female staff doesn't practice excellent service and people orientation. Ill ask in-front of her if there's an online transaction, she doesn't pay attention, she is busy of something. The other staff beside her answered me. (Yung akala mo kinaganda niya). This is not my first time encountered with that branch.

2. The movement of your staff's takes in a snail pace.

Now, having said that, it is for YOUR services to be improved regardless of the pressure.

I would like to follow up the payment I have to receive from LBC. My item was already picked up but the LBC not yet texting me so that I can get the payment.
The payment is also branch pick up but the branch told me that I have to wait for the text from LBC before I can get the payment.
Since May 3 I am waiting, to day is already May 18.

But when I reach there after packing they told me that rate is 182 and the delivery adress is too long from Manila.But I investigated and come to know that delivery adress is near to Manila.Please investigate and take action.

It was my first time to cash out on coins. ph with p6, 000 via lbc may 15, 2019 at 2:43pm, so I went to a branch near my place in zapote, las piñas, unfortunately, system was offline.
May 16, 2019 at 11:30am I went back there, still offline.
Around 4pm that day I decided to go to lbc vista mall branch. I filled up the encashment form to claim my money, and they said it was already encashed, so I protested, they said they will ask technical support about my concern and asked me to wait for the update tomorrow.
May 17, 2019 today, 3:30pm I went back to vista mall lbc branch, they gave me the details about the transaction. it was encashed may 16, 2019 9:16am in calamba laguna, lbc camp vicente lim branch.
I had never been in calamba, laguna.
Earlier this morning, may 19, 2019. I went to lbc calamba, camp vicente branch, where my money was encashed by person pretended to be me. they said they will just update me if the person pretended to be me give back the money he got.

My concern is that they supposedly secure my money and did not give my money to other person.in transaction record, id type used in claiming my money was lbc card. lbc card is not a secured one. they should ask for valid ids like government ids, drivers license, passport, etc.
They easily release money without securing if it was the right or just pretending to be someone.
It was their fault, I don't deserve this kind of service. whether they get back the money or not from the pretender, they should give my money right away to me. please help.

Last friday chineck ko status ng parcel ko for delivery within the day i waited for almost 7. Then sbi ng customer service sarado daw office e the other door open and the delivery boy must called me. Ganun kasi dapat then come sat dumaan nanaman di man lang nagtanong tumawag yung deliver kaya doon ko pinadeliver 24/7 may tao may magrereceive. Then binigyan ako address for pickup eto ako ngayon lumipat na daw sabi ng guard imagine the hassle na naibigay niyo sakin! Super urgent nung parcel! Ayusin niyo system niyo yung customer service mali pa yung binigay! Nakakadisappoint
