LBC Express review: lazada wallet refund/ rude lbc agent

I went to the LBC branch in St. Anne's Square, Balagtas, Bulacan to withdraw my lazada wallet refund.

The LBC agent (Irene) didn't know what to do and was very rude. She also said she is not aware of the process and didn't even attempt to find out what to do. I asked for LBC hotline and she handed me a big parcel box to get number. She dropped it in front on me while her eyes is rolling. She really didn't attempt to help me at all.

I called customer service and the representative was not able to help me as well.

Both of them are not knowledgeable of the process.
They are not even aware that lazada wallet refund wlcan be withdrawn via LBC.
