Ano nanaman po yang shipment issue na yan? Nung 21 sabi niyo nakaclose yung bahay! Tapos kahapon shipment isaue nanaman!? Bat kasi hindi kayo tumawag or magtext? Kaya nga may contact no. Na nakalagay jan sa parcel na yan! Cod pa naman yan! Nakakahiya dun sa shipper kung babalik sa kanila yung inorder ko. Nakakasira ng tiwala! Sa tagal tagal ko ng nagrereceive at nagpapadala sa lbc ngayon lang to nangyari!

LBC Express service issue

I was receive an sms from lbc express that my order is going to deliver today but when i check the status of my order it says that "Your shipment was not delivered since recipient's address is out of LBC's service area. Please get in touch with us through our customer care channels? What does it mean?

LBC Express lost package / slow resolution

I am complaining about my daughter's package that was lost using LBC courier. Her package was lost at LBC branch in Patindig Araw, Imus Cavite, Philippines. Their branch already claimed that they lost the package. Tracking Number: [protected]

The item inside the package was a mobile phone Samsung that she purchased online worth Php4, 000.00 and supposed to be delivered on her address in Cavite. She is wondering what took the package so long to be delivered on her address that is why she tried to call the branch and the branch stated that they tried to deliver the package however, they can't locate the address and claimed that they can no longer find the package and they claimed it that they already lost the package. I already file a complaint on June, 2018, ticket number: [protected]. Now it's already August, 2018 and yet, no resolution. It's almost 3 months now.

LBC Express necklace

I am the wife of the receiver complaining for the lost items of the parcel #[protected] supposedly the items that I buy and send for my husband is earrings, bracelet, and necklace but suddenly when he open the parcel the necklace is not inside just only the earrings and bracelet..he immediately call the delivery man and ask what happen ?my husband return the parcel to investigate them what was happen to our parcel...hoping for fast investigation and action for this matter

Lbc quezon city branch nagpadala aq ng items sa asawako which is 3 box na accesoories how come n naging 2 lang ang.naricv nya ung tracking numbr sticker bat tinagpi nlng pra inalis my bukas ang pouch ...imbistgahan nyo eto [protected]

LBC Express damaged passport

Me and my wife's passport were delivered on July 26, 2018 at our house in Valenzuela City one day early as scheduled. The delivery man is nice but he was in hurry that he did not wait for me to check the items which are in two sealed plastic envelopes. He even did not let me sign the record book, evidence that I received the parcel in good condition. After he's gone, I checked the parcels, my passport is ok, but my wife's is damaged. My wife and I went to LBC - DFA SM Manila to complaint. Certain Jojo of LBC called Mr.Gary of LBC (using my wife's cp) and was told that they will investigate.
To make the story short, after a few days, Mr. Gary texted us to go to DFA SM Manila and Mr. Jojo will assist my wife to re- apply for new passport, but my wife must shoulder the expenses of P1, 200 + P350 for the damaged passport. So, that was it, my wife got her second passport paying twice, paying penalty. Today, I went personally to DFA SM Manila and get my wife's passport personally. Forgot to tell you, I'm a senior citizen, and my wife is a PWD.

LBC Express incomplete delivery of items

The delivery of the parcels (2 boxes) from New York USA to Mabalacat City Pampanga was incomplete. The tracking number was [protected]. I tracked it on your site and it says that its already in the LBC sea cargo warehouse at Manila since August 8, 2018. 6pm. I received the first box with tracking number [protected], the delivery staff just said that it was forgotten. How was that possible? We need to claim that parcel as soon as possible. We already acknowledged the fact that the weather lately was bad that may cause delays with delivery. But the reason of the delay of the parcel that we should have had received few days ago was negligence of the staff handling the sorting and delivery. I look highly and patronizing your company until this happened.

I will be waiting for your responce regarding this matter. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

Hi LBC I I just want to know when can you delivered my parcel, the last update was yesterday that it was accepted at mactan Mandaue hub, but as of today as I track it hasn't posted that it can be out for delivery!can you please settle and delivered my parcel today!

LBC Express bag shipment

Nagpadala ako ng bag s tita ko ininsure ko na walang kulang walang damage ang item. Pagdating sa tita ko ng item iba ang strap ng bag. Tama po ba yun ang palitan ang laman ng bag at pagkatapos e..papalitan din yung sealed package para hindi halata na may kinuha.

Ano po ba dapat gawin. Kailangan po aksyunana.. bayaran na lng po ninyo yung kinuhang strap 280 pesos po yun.
Parepareho po tayong nagtatrabaho wag naman po sana manloko.

Sana po maaksyon ninyo po ito. Salamat po.

LBC Express failure to deliver

Gusto lo lang ipaabot sa kinauukulan ang aking reklamo tungkol sa ipinadala kong pakete patungong lagawe ifugao, na nakapangalan kay miss Karen Cabbigat noong Aug. 9, 2018 na hanggang ngayon ay di pa natatanggap, inihulog ko sa Gerona branch, galit na ang buyer ko dahil walang napaparating na pakete, trinack ko ngayong oras na ito at lumalabas n di na i forward, bakit kailangang umabot ng halos isang linggo ang pakete na hindi kumikilos na di man lang ninonotify ang sender o ang receiver considering na both parties ay may cp no. Matagal na akong tumatangkilik sa lbc pero dismayado ako sa serbisyong hindi maayos na maging dahilan upang masira ako sa iisang kliyente na magreresulta sa pagkasira ng pangalang na i put up ko regarding online selling, maliit na halaga pero katapat ang pagkasira ng buong pagkatao ko.

LBC Express want to complain about my damaged parcel.

Dear LBC Express,

Today my parcel delivered at my house which the addressed provided, I wasn't there to received the said parcel in the morning about 11:55 am. So my auntie was the one who was able to received it, Imelda Caduyac. Right now I checked the parcel and I have notice some damge/s. Some of soaps (these are my items to receive solidly) are melted. Since this parcel was already sent to FASTRACK for delivery from my supplier, it was 26th day of July and then they moved my parcel into your nearby forwarder at the MNL on August 9, 2018. So the question who will be the responsible of the damage/s? I want a solution right after, thank you!

LBC Express someone is using my number on when he/she is transacting

lbc texted me today august 14, 2018 that "my shipment with the tracking number [protected] was received by baleocor" which I have no idea at all. upon checking to your "track your shipment website" that tracking number was accepted to the branch near me. is there any possibility that I may know who is using my number? because as far as I know this is not the first time I encountered this scenario, and im worried someone is faking his/her identity. hope you could help. thanks!

LBC Express I am complaining the the broken item I receive! its because the delivery handling!

ServiceI have ordered rain guard online sent to me from cebu.. after removing the cardboard the i remove the bubble wrap.. the theres plastic covering where in you can see through that 4pcs of the rain gurad iscut into half.. base on the package the sender did its best to secure the package.. this is clearly due to the handling of the delivery of the product that cost this to the item.. now i need to send it back to the seller and i will need to pay for the package then sender will need to send me back my money for refund.. this is not a win win situation for me as a buyer and for the seller because i will need to pay for the return package and the seller lost profit with the broken item on the other hand its a win win situation with LBC, i just paid you guys to for the remittance of my payment nad seller paid to deliver the package now i need to pay to return the broken package and seller needs to pay to send back my refund.. very much in favor with LBC..

LBC Express I would like to complain regarding my package with tracking number [protected].

Good day lbc.
As per trace and track record of your website, the package to be sent to me was received on august 9.. so i was expecting it to arrive by august 11 or august 13.. but until now my package still has not arrived.. this is so unlikely of your company since from what ive known you deliver for 2-3days, its past 3 days.. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

LBC Express acceptance of parcel

I arrived at your LBC branch here in SM City Lipa at exactly 8:31PM. I was advised by one of your personnel that he can no longer accept my parcel since it is already beyond cut-off. He also said that the daily report was already submitted. When I checked the time, it was only 8:32PM but on their clock, the time was already 8:35PM. They are clearly not following the Philippine Standard Time.

LBC Express not delivered requesting for re delivery

Good day,

The document i sent to 312 D A Bonifacio Street, Brgy. Hagdang Bato Itaas Mandaluyong City with tracking No. [protected]. Was not delivered, your online o status said the location was not found. It very unlikely because my client has already received parcels from LBC Express Before at the same Adress.
You suggested for a pick at San juan - Mandaluyong Branch. Unfortunately it is far from the location of my client and she don't have the luxury of time to pick it uo her self due to work.

My concern is to request a RE- DELIVERY to the same location.
my client will not pick it up due to work and we paid for a door to door delivery.

LBC Express delivery

Good day!

Just tracked my package air shipped from Taguig, Metro Manila (08.09.18) and found out that it went straight to LBC Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental when the address specified is at Camp Phillips, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon. We do have LBC outlets near Camp Phillips like LBC Puerto, Cagayan de Oro. I need to use the items on early Sunday morning and it is very disappointing to know "Hari ng Padala" that my package is moving back and forth contrary to usual expectation.

Attached are documents to support the claim. Please facilitate.
