Good morning!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and frustration regarding a recent experience with your platform, specifically related to the BDO promo and an issue with voucher reissuance.

I took advantage of the BDO promo for first-time orders, which promised a PHP 500 discount upon checkout. However, despite the initial application of the discount, I encountered a problem during the payment process. The system declined the discount and prompted me to change the payment method but when paying it will not allow me to use the debit card that is on my account, and I canceled the order as a result.

Upon contacting your customer support, I engaged in a chat with Leah, who unfortunately did not thoroughly investigate the issue before providing resolutions. I requested an email address to escalate my complaint, but Leah was unable to provide one. I asked if there is someone who could help me, and I was transferred to Marion, who identified as a senior supervisor.

Marion failed to inquire about the details of the issue, and despite my attempts to explain the situation, the supervisor only provided a generic response. This lack of understanding and assistance has left me dissatisfied with the level of customer service I have received. Please check the conversation we had.

I encountered another issue with the reissuance of a voucher. Despite being assured by the supervisor that they would coordinate with the voucher team for reissuance, I received an email stating that the team declined the request. This has caused significant inconvenience, and I am in need of urgent assistance to resolve this matter.

I kindly request your immediate attention to this complaint and a thorough investigation into both the BDO promo issue and the voucher reissuance problem. I appreciate your prompt resolution and hope to receive a satisfactory response at the earliest convenience.
