I recently purchased a tote bag made from their repurposed/recycled vinyl billboards. According to their website, these bags are described as "durable, water-resistant, lightweight, and vegan". I have used this bag only a few times, and unfortunately, it already has two holes in the bottom, with a third one starting to form. I contacted their customer service team regarding this issue, and they informed me that it is considered "normal wear and tear" and they cannot provide a satisfactory resolution. It is quite disappointing to hear that something claimed to be durable cannot even withstand less than 10 uses. I have purchased cheaper bags in the past that have lasted much longer. This bag did not even last through the summer. The only compensation they offered was a 15% discount on my next purchase for "reaching out" to them. I have seen better discounts on social media. Additionally, I bought a few other items from them around the same time as the tote, and those are also slowly falling apart. Therefore, their claim of using durable materials is misleading and untrue. While I appreciate their efforts to use recycled materials and reduce our carbon footprint, it is disheartening to see that they do not stand behind their defective products and offer no solution to a customer who has spent a significant amount of money on their items.
