RE:

Order #[protected] placed on 29 August 2023 at 12:24 via Credit or Debit Card has been confirmed.

Order Received on Sept 13th, Note the items are not what I ordered. I ordered 8 items and received 2 of the wrong items. So I applied for a refund and Lazada arranged for pick-up and return.

Package was returned via Flash Express the next day. Lazada received the return. The product sent was not what I ordered at all. Order was 8 shorts (4 colors) with pockets but received 2 underwear, not the shorts I ordered. So since Lazada return staff only saw the 2 underwear so they only refunded for 2 but not the other 6. So Lazada only authorized a partial refund. I notified the seller the same day that I received this package in error on Sept 13th with pictures of packaged, shipping label and contents. Supplier replied that same day that they would give me a refund! I have been in contact every day for 9 days with the supplier but they cannot understand the problem. Lazada own me a full refund for this order not a partial refund. Look forward to your reply.
