I had to return some sheets for an exchange. I received no shipping label and paid over one hundred dollars out of my own pocket! On top of that, my return has been received almost two weeks now but... my exchange hasn't shipped yet? It would be nice if I could talk to someone over the phone but, I has of yet found a workable number for Overstock Sheet Club? I'm always skeptical of companies that don't offer a phone number for customer service?

I buyed 1800 thread count bed sheets for my Queen sized mattress from Overstock Sheet Club. But when I got 2 bed sets of sheets, it was NOT what I ordered. This biz is a scam. They don't have no working phone numbers, the stuff they show for sale ain't what they send, and worst of all, I gotta pay $19.99 for each set to ship it back.

My order was delivered on 4/29, but when I opened it on 5/1, I found that the "Burgundy" sheets I ordered were actually bright red. I tried to reply to the delivery confirmation email, but it was also a no-reply email. On 5/4, I filled out the return form on their website, but I didn't receive any confirmation that they received my request. I also didn't get a reply from the company. On 5/9, I filled out the form again, but I still haven't heard back from them. There's no option to initiate a return directly on their website without contacting the company.
