I am writing as a committed and long term loyal customer as I have been smoking lambert and butler silver since 1999 and I enjoy having a cigarette and I have never deviated toward any other brand but my horror they last few packets I have purchased have been damaged with a few cigarettes broken or having less tobacco and some punctured hard bits of tobacco poking through. I would like this resolved as I do not like wasting money.
