LabCorp review: Technician on premises

Not once but twice the technician located at your facility in Carrollton Ga. was rude and condescending to my son who was there for an urinalysis. First he asked to use the Restroom AFTER he had completed the urinalysis and she proceeded to ask him which he had to do… He told her and then she refused to allow him to use the facility and told him other people had made a mess in the restroom and refused to allow him to use the facility. Forcing him to travel to a restaurant to use their facility. Then after she sent his test results to the wrong place causing him to not be able to start his new job she had the audacity to blame him for his handwriting as to why she sent it to the wrong place and told him it would go against her and it was his fault. He respectfully apologized and she told him apologizing would do her no good. This is unacceptable and she needs to be reprimanded for her nonprofessional attitude and inability to admit to her own mistakes. She should be removed from her position at the very least and out of the public eye if she can't be respectful while doing her job. What a horrible person to have representing your company and facility that many people have no choice but to use.
