LabCorp review: Employee being rude

Hi there, this is my first and only complaint about an employee of Labcorp as I have used your services for many years. I had an appointment today at the Labcorp location on 588 Sunrise Ave, Roseville, CA 95661, and the employee there was very rude. Rude enough for me to take time out of my day to submit a complaint. She was the only one there doing the front office work and I guess doing the bloodwork..? If you would like I can explain the entire interaction but I know there is a difference between being busy and stressed and being just plain hostile. She had red hair and was Caucasian. Basically, she had time. She made me feel like I was a burden. I am pregnant too, not that it makes a difference. I think she needs some sensitivity training or patient care training. It was so bad that I left as I could not imagine this person taking my blood. I have never seen anything like this. It was appalling.

I went to another location nearby at 1730 Santa Clara Dr. Unit 2, Roseville, CA 95661 and it was fantastic. I was seen quickly and efficiently, like any other time and it was great. So, a huge shout-out to this location for doing a great job, being professional. They were not over the top, just normal and professional but it was so refreshing after the awful experience I have just encountered.
