La Quinta Inns & Suites - the dirtiest la quinta I have ever seen. poor customer service

Hi. My name is Kari Pitschner. It's been a bad couple monthes with all these motels. I stopped going to choicehotels because they are horrible and have no sense of customer service. I've been a member here for a little while now and let me just tell you how horrible my fiance and My trip to La Quinta was. We like to take little getaways. I figured it's in Livermore it has to be nice. Nothing close to nice, just straight up horrible. The shower didn't work as in the water spits out of the side of it and you get no pressure. At all. There was a rapper from a candy bar on the floor. There was hair all in the bathroom floor especially in the tub. I have pics to prove it. There was couple boogers on the wall right next to the toilet paper roll. As we lay in the bed, already disgusted about the booger... Look up and it looked like bird poo (or human) lol. On the ceiling as we try to forget about it and try to sleep. Oh ewww. Theres so much more if I wrote it all it would be as big as a book and I dont want to take up too much of your time. And another main thing was my fiance had to work in oakland at 8 in the morning so I had to drive him there and drop him off around 7 am or so. So I drop him off and wanted to go back there (from oakland to livermore) to eat breakfast (the breakfast buffet) and take a little nap till check out you know, at least try and get my money's worth from the hotel. I get there, make my waffle grab my food take it up to the room and you wouldnt believe what happend. There was one of the (not so good) housekeepers in my room already taking the towels, bed sheets, not the blankets (gross) the pillow cases off of the dirty [censored] pillows which should have been washed also. Excuse my language. This is not appropriate. I did not check out at all. I knew I was coming right back. She said her manager told her to go in and do that. I think i'm gonna have to yelp this one. It's like I cant win with these motels the last few months. I go thru hotwire.com and keep forgetting I do not get points when I book from there. I need to pay more attention. I appreciate the time you took to read this. I have pics if needed. Thank you. Have a great night!
