La Quinta Inns & Suites review: overcharged never have received refund

Stayed here after driving from co all day checked in after midnight on oct 4 (really the 5th) checked out at 9am on the 5th. Charged three times on credit card
Foe the amounts of $81, $67 & $5 of course I was refunded the $5 but not any other amount.
I have called since october 6 2019, spoke with jasmin, nate and dan. Dan was really the only helpful one. I have left 4 messages for the manager to call me back. No response. As to date still not have received any refund nor has the matter been resolved. Frustrating
