La Quinta Inns & Suites review: hotel service

I've spent over 2000.00 at LaQuinta inn east on Broadway in Tucson Arizona in the past few weeks. This visit I had to unclog my toilet in the room twice. Then I find my door to the room did not lock and for all I know it was this way the whole time I was here. With my two children also! The employee said he had to have me change rooms and he put us by a garbage can next to the parking lot. There's a lot of homeless people walking around this hotel and we don't feel safe here. We requested and had a patio room and now nothing. I'm very disappointed and feel we deserve at least one complimentary night for my trouble. Again, we have spent about 2000.00 here and this room also has a filthy bath tub. I am calling corporate also in the morning. This is inexcusable. Sorry, but that's the way I feel and I've been in the customer service business for over 12 years myself. Thank you for your time. Mike Manata. LaQuinta quest
