La Quinta Inns & Suites review: dirty, service, breakfast

The room seemed dirty, carpets had crumbs and rips. When we went to breakfast the syrup was so watered down it had no flavor and made the waffles soggy. The milk was watered down and the oatmeal was not cooked so basically there was nothing to eat. When I went to tell the front office lady and all she said was "Thanks for letting us know" no sorry at all! They most get complains a lot. We picked la Quinta because they are usually very comfortable and accommodating but after this stay I will not be back to another.
