I made a reservation on April 9,2023 for my family of 5. Two children 15 and 11 and 3 adults. At LaQuita Inn, 900 Dolorosa, San Antonio, TX.,for 4 nights. June 4-June 8, He booked a room with 2 beds, I again said 5 guest for 2 beds instead of a suite? He assured me there was pleany of room for a roll away. I also always ask if the motel has a pool, breakfast, elevator and laundry. once again he said it did. I did get a email conformation and decided later to get another night so I called again on May 27,2023 my rate went from $516 to $504.
On arrival we were certainly unhappy with the room barley big enough for 2 and no place to put a roll away at all. Went to the desk and argued our case plus she said she could not help us. My daughter in law had to book another room for over $600 we had not budgeted that in our trip. What they had was a upstairs room that stunk like cigarettes. I am disabled and cannot use stairs, we had no fun time in the room, no elevator, no laundry, the pool was nice, and the breakfast adequate. It was too late to get another motel and plan times did not allow it either. I stay at LaQuinta often and have'nt ever had a problem with untruthful reservations.
Desired outcome: I want a credit of $500 for my next stay at LaQuita. And more training on your end of resevation truthfulnessThanks in Advance
