Membership sign - up... They did not follow the terms and conditions for payment. This caused a overdraft on my account twice. When I spoke, wrote, faxed and emailed they ignored their indiscretion. I went to the facility manager who cared less. I complained about the eleavator frequently out of service. I have limitations that were expressed at the time of signing up. I spoke to numerous club employess about the problem. Once again the problem was ignored. I was not able to use my membership because of this problem. They would not cancel my membership. Thank god I have a private bank and we stopped it immediately. Ironically, they contacted me early this month and I told the new sales person what it would take and he cared less.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
