KTM / Keretapi Tanah Melayu — train ticket
On the 11 Nov 2019 at 09:31:35, I using your ktmb mobile ticket to buy 2 ticket from butterworth to KL Sentral at 0730. I had done my transaction using Maybank online payment via iPay88 RM118 already deducted from my bank account but today I going to print ticket at train station Alor Setar but the worker said that didn't have any ticket brought by me. So I called call center and asked. The call center who attended me told me that my ticket does not success but my money already deducted. How can be like this now I need to pay RM158 to buy another 2 ticket at 0605. I very angry why when I paid u all didn't give me the ticket and didn't give me a call if the payment had not successful. Please be responsible on your work. Don't make a shame although I am a Malaysian. Please have a look into the complaint and make your service better especially online.
