Ordered online, drove to pick my food up to find out the fort o GA location was closed... i want my refund asap T.I.A
Drove 15 mins to the east ridge location (open 24hrs) for a rude [censored] employee tell me they closed and slammed the window in my face
Corporate needs to evaluate restaurants and staff or just shut down period.. they have all went to hell.
Desired outcome: Refund because I don't care the outcome I will not be a costumer anymore
Krystal - Improper cut off time
A buddy and I went to krystal's about 315 a.m in te morning. There were two cars in front of us getting served. 7 Minutes later we arrived at the drive thru's intercom. They had closed early knowing that they had an unserved customer. There cut off time is not until 3:30 a.m. They had room for one more car before they had to close there order window. We left pissed off and cussing! The fact is they know how many cars and what they have in the drive thru line! It sounds like who ever manages 3rd shift is not managing right. I would like this complaint to be filed! I also advise anyone not to go there late at night because they will screw you!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Sent a complaint and got a free # 1 for the complaint and went back to redeem and got bad service because of the coupon. Will not be going back to this restaurant but will visit other Krystal's. Thanks for the coupon but service doesn't have to be nasty. I've gone to this Krystal's since the early 80's.
