I purchased Shake N Bake BBQ Glaze and apon opening the box to prepare dinner I pulled the 2 packages out of the box and the glaze from 1 pkg had a hole in the bottom side and was unusable because it was all inside the box and not in the package. So I had to throw both packages away because I couldn't trust it being opened already. Looked like the bag wasn't sealed properly. Had to go back to the store to purchase a new box of Shake N Bake so I could continue to make dinner for my family.

Claimed loss: Had to throw the product away and go back to the store to purchase a new box of Shake N Bake BBQ Glaze. Fuel and product est cost was $10
