First, we keep a well stocked freezer of these pizza's for our Saturday night I don't have to cook night. The boxes which are bulky are recycled and the pizzas freeze in their plastic. Here I go the last leftover piece. Halfway through I bite and can feel immediately the pointy object in my teeth. Gag reflexes take over. So here it is, a one inch bone fragment which could easily have choked or jabbed into a childs soft gum etc etc etc.
Called Kraft immediately and was given an explanation of how their meat supplier would have been responsible for that bone and that they've had no other related incidents. They proceeded to offer me coupons and reimbursement of cost.
I am both horrified to have found this bone, yet happy it was me and not a child; and quite shocked at the lack of concern from Kraft on behalf of both my welfare and their reputation.
How does a multi million dollar major corporation handle consumer complaints such as this? With coupons?
What would Tim Hortons do?
What would McDonalds do?
Will I ever purchase a Kraft product again?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I BOUGHT 15 CANADIAN DELISSIO RISING CRUST PIZZAS AND ALL OF THEM WR PEPPERONI & MUSHROOM! WTF! I WANT MY MONEY BACK, IF I WANTED PEPPORONI AND MUSHROOM I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT WAIT FOR IT, FKN PEPPRONI AND MUSHROOM! THIS COMPANY IS SO AGENDA 21 BLOBALISTS FEEDIN US SHIATE! IM NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM NESTLE NOTHING IM SPECIFICALLY GOING TO LOOK AT EACH LABEL NO 2ND PARTIES NO 3RD RELATED TO ANYTHIUNG AND EVERYTHING NESTLE FK THEM! BOYCOTT ALL NESTLE PRODUVTS OH AND BY THE WAT IF YOU BUY BABY PRODUCTS FOR YOUR CHILDREN GOOD LUCK TO YOU LOOK CLOSELY AT THE LABELS SHEEPLE!
I bought a Delissio pizza today and it was deluxe well at lease half of it was and the other half was pepperoni and cheese this is false advertisement . I am so angry this is a rip off . please fix this problem
Delissio Garlic Bread Pizza with seasoned garlic chicken, red onions and parsley. I bought this product because it was on sale for $5.
I baked it at the recommended heat and time and it made the kitchen smell really good. Unfortunately the smell was the only good thing about it. I realized after cutting it into sections that the topping appeared to be sprayed on - it was incredibly thin. Maybe I was just unlucky and the machine that sprays the topping had been set at the 1 sixteenth of an inch mark. I liked the first Delissio pizza I bought years ago when they were first introduced, but the next one I bought a few months later sucked. But if I remember correctly it didn't suck nearly as bad as this latest mistake. I will never but another Delissio pizza and if I was offered a free one I still wouldn't go near it. This aborted pizza is now on its way to feed the seagulls.
This stuff is garbage...take a look at the pizza a bit before you throw it in the oven. These people take over your minds with this junk by pretending that it's this really good takeout ###. When you pull that pizza out of the freezer and take it out of the plastic just take a look. Freezer burn to start, all over it. On the meatlovers especially look at the pork. It's discoloured and theres little chunks of fat and crap. The "sausage" looks like something I may have thrown up last night. The sauce just looks like a very processed sauce or spiced up ketchup spray onto the "bread" out of a bottle. It looks so gross. I wanted a pizza for lunch and I pulled it out and took a look at it for a while and realized that it was something that neither my ### or mouth could make combined after a long night of eating delissio pizza. This is ###. This factory, assembly line care ###...so standard and using the least amount of resources possible to give us ###...they feed the "pigs". They played it out so well with marketing and commercials and stuff and we're too lazy to make anything ourselves. It's unbelievable what we're coming too. in the world. Watch out people. The new world order is in town. You better believe it. This may be happening under our very noses...just sit a minute and think about that...Ready what do you think? This places are ###
This happened to me too todaywhen eating a slice of deluxe delission pizza
Just last night I found a piece of ABC gum in my slice of Delissio pizza ...what a disgusting experience .I know it is not from here because my daughter does not chew gum.
I do not think i will ever purchase one again ...even if it is on special for $4.99.
