Sir,

I would like to bring to your attention that I financed my car (DL12CM5353) through Kotak Mahindra Bank. The EMI is approximately Rs 5600 (five thousand six hundred rupees), which I am obligated to pay on time. However, the same bank has mistakenly charged me Rs 750 as an over fuel charge. Money has been withdrawn from my savings account twice under the names of your institution and Auto Debit. Therefore, I kindly request you to correct this mistake
