Ford review: they try increase up apr% like scam

I was 4 month ago in koppel ford. Thats was bad experiance.
They did increase up apr% with low credit rating.
But my credit over 780 (they said 675) so I left.
And today.
I visited with my father for contract f150 raptor.
1. They want initial $1, 000 deposit first for credit application (if not initial deposit they
Not forward credit applications)
2. They said bring totall deposit 10k bank check with car insurance. Tomorrow.
3. Then I question to them what rating of apr%
4. They said cant talking about apr% now. Bring full deposit bank check with insurance and then can start discuss apr%.
5. I question to them 1 more time. Why cannot talk to me apr% now?
6. They said cannot. After full deposit with insurance start discuss apr%
7. I make issue to them if you guys give me 12% apr after full deposit & insurance
How can we make a fine deal?
8. They said no... Just after full deposit with insurance.. Then we can start discuss apr%
9. I said cancel this deal. I need my id copy paper with application.
10. They said cant. Cause that is law. (they need keep 7yrs)
And they yelling me go out our office.
I checked my lawyer. Lawyer said nothing that law in ny. Nyc.
Dont go this dealer and they try unpair progress of finance apr%
I guess many of low credit rating people lost money from koppel ford dealer.
Until now I didnt return my initial deposit with my id copy paper
Horrible experience with koppel ford dealer
I will make issue lemon law & consumer associate with my lawyer.
I love ford f150 raptor but remove this horrible dealer for many of customer.
