On arrival from Amsterdam to Johannesburg found my bag lock and handle damaged being exhausted I only checked my bag at the city lodge hotel as u was booked to fly to Durban the next morning. My flight was KLO591. We arrive in Johannesburg at 10 pm on the 27 November 2025. My bag tag number is ws 0838244929 . I will get some quotes and prices for the bag.

Claimed loss: Not sure price of bag

Desired outcome: Pay for damages or replacement refund
