I have made a booking for self and spouse dated 19 May ( Booking reference 787 450 917) which apparently had to cancel due to personal reasons and submitted the refund request dated 3 June - where in I was promised of a refund within 14 days- now 21 days are elapsed- they claims the refund request was submitted to the Airlines - which seems a lie. The issues we encountered are as follows:
!. Kiwi.com never support us with any proof that shows they submitted refund requests to the Airlines.
2. Kiwi.com never inform the passenger of the amount of refund- as they claim they do not know the same as it is for the Airlines to device.
3. The most disturbing fact remains- all their communication are managed through AI- meaning we never able to get a written response.
4. This Portal needs to be banned and should not allowed to operate as there are numerous complaints lodged around the world against them.
