Hello KW help,

This is Siva and Jeyashree, we are first time home buyers and bought a property in Bolingbrook, IL.

I was represented by Tanvi Gandhi KW -Experience Downers Grove IL for the purchase of this property. I’m writing this draft on good note and no clients as a first time home buyers should be affected like us. We are currently facing with Special Service Area not listed on MLS (Listed by KW experience Downers Grove, IL, Multi Board policy contract and Attorney review letter.

I asked about SSA before I went for showings and selling agent confirmed to my agent (text message) there was no SSA and represented the same on the contract, review letter etc. We

purchase the house only based on the fact that it did not have SSA. But shortly after closing and confirming the SSA is applicable for this property

have been shattered our dreams and personally I have had sleepless nights since the start of September 2023. Also my health has been affected due to

this.

My attorney has sent a demand letter to seller and seller claims to be not responsible. The KW listing agent doesn’t even respond to calls or emails from my attorney. Managing broker has confirmed over the phone call there was an error from the listing but doesn’t want to write anything. Later steering away to work with seller and their attorney. My attorney has come to point where not to take it to court as claim cost is only $12,500. According to me it is still a high amount at my tax bill.

As first time home buyers all processes are new to us. MLS listing and multi board policy is a bible to us. So I request the realtor

at your team to post correct information by referring proofs and evidence from sellers. Thank you and sorry if I expressed anything

wrong. I don’t like to post this draft on public review.

I’m still fighting for wrong listing, error information provided on Multi Board Policy contract.

Not sure how much my emails will reach but it is so painful 😣 for us and we never KW- experience would give us this worst experience.

A demand letter from my attorney…attached listing agent is not responding. Managing broker is responding but not willing to talk to her team or resolve it.

Claimed loss: $12,500
