Kay Jewelers review: 4.5 carat ring costing about $8,000

Two of the black diamonds fell out of the one side. Waited and waited, way past, on the pickup time on my receipt and which I was guaranteed, to be finished by. Called and called, called the days kept getting longer and the excuses kept getting ridiculous. So finally it's in and i'm alrady pissed. So they decided to give me $100 gift card. ?that's the funniest [censored] I ever heard to compensate me. Why in the hell would I buy jewelry from them again? Plus the 2 black stones they replaced look worse then before! Omg it looks completely horrible! I hate kays ans woukd never ever buy anything or do a recommendation. Jewelry and the craftsmanship is horrible. Also the women in the store dont know [censored]! Jewelry is completely junk. Ring looks worse ugh i'm so disappointed
