I bought an earring for my baby. One of the earring backs, it don't lock good. I can't use it.

Beautiful bracelet! I had trouble placing my online order due to a problem with the zip code on my credit card, and Justin was really helpful in fixing the problem and getting my order placed. Fast shipping and the pretty bracelet arrived in perfect condition with a fancy storage pouch. I totally recommend this jeweler.

I bought a 14ct gold whale tail ring from Joy Jewelers and I realized I wanted to change the size after I already ordered it. The person in customer service, ***, allowed me to make the size change. They even upgraded my shipping for free so that I could get it before Christmas. The ring was awesome and the people there are really great to deal with!

I'm really happy with my experience. We used Joy to change (and improve) my engagement ring and wedding band. The rings are really pretty and the process was really smooth. They made it really easy and made sure I was really happy with the final product. I got exactly what I wanted and I love it more every day.

I ordered a silver charm for my granddaughter who's in college. I left a message with a question about my order. They called me back quickly. They called again to ask about the address. It was right. They were really nice. I got an email with tracking info and it arrived in a few days. I'm happy with the customer service, the good quality, and the price of the charm. She loves the charm. I would definitely order from them again.

I got a Man's wedding Band for my 21 Wedding Anniversary as a gift to my Husband as a surprise. I accidently ordered the wrong size and I was able to make contact with The representative who was so kind to help me. I was able to return the ring for a bigger size, the ring was received back to me within a very fast time frame. The quality of the mens Wedding Ring is Absolutely Beautiful with excellent quality. I also ordered a woman's Black Hills Gold woman's Ring. The ring is Beautiful with a very brilliant Diamond with excellent quality. I totally Love the ring. I am Very Happy with the Pricing of the Jewelry as well as With the Quality and Definitely will be order more items in the future. I ordered a Military ring for my husband's birthday on 12/1. They said it would take 4-5 weeks for delivery. It's now 1/4 and I haven't heard anything from them. I emailed them to ask about my order, but they didn't respond. Finally, someone from Joy Jewelers called me and said it would take 8-12 more weeks because I ordered on 12/1 instead of 11/30. They never mentioned this before! The status still says 4-5 weeks. I canceled my order and now I have to find a new gift for my husband. Their customer service is rude and they don't deliver on time. I wouldn't recommend using this company.
