So, I recently had an experience with Karmaplace and I gotta say, it wasn't the best. I wanted to cancel my order the same day I placed it, but when I tried to get in touch with them, nobody picked up my call or replied to my email. It was like they were avoiding me or something.

Anyway, my order eventually got delivered and that's when they finally decided to contact me. But instead of giving me a full refund like I wanted, they offered me store credit. Now, I don't know about you, but I didn't want store credit. I wanted my money back, you know what I'm saying?

It's just frustrating when you try to do the right thing and cancel your order early on, but then you get stuck with something you don't even want. I mean, I get it, they have their policies and all that, but come on. At least have the decency to answer your customer's calls and emails, you know what I mean?

Overall, I wouldn't say my experience with Karmaplace was terrible, but it definitely wasn't great either. If you're thinking about ordering from them, just be aware that their customer service might not be the best.

I liked that I could easily browse by category or even by region, so if I wanted specifically Punjabi clothes I could just look in that section.

But even with that, I felt like I was able to find what I needed pretty quickly and didn't have any issues with checkout. Plus, the prices seemed very competitive compared to what I've seen for similar quality clothes in stores.

Let me tell ya, the clothes we received were off the scale unrealistic in their measurements. We picked the correct sizes, but these duds were like something out of a cartoon. One set of pants was over 4 feet in length and as skinny as a bean pole. It was like they were designed for a fella who was 8 feet tall and weighed in at a paltry 125 pounds. We couldn't help but chuckle at how ridiculous they looked. The tunic tops were okay, but the other pair of pants didn't fit him right either, though they were closer to a mortal man's size at least. To make matters worse, when I contacted Karmaplace to get a refund, they wanted to saddle my bro with a $9.00 shipping charge to send the crummy clothes back. Um, excuse me? Isn't it Karmaplace's fault for selling subpar products? I even sent them pics and all the product info they needed to verify that we weren't just trying to pull a fast one. And just when we thought it couldn't get any worse, we found out that we had to have the stuff in the same original packaging with all the tags and such if we wanted to get our dough back. I'm throwing up my hands in frustration just thinking about it.
