Cheap and useless backdrop. No photographer would use a wrinkled backdrop. The vinyl backdrop was creased and wrinkled permanently as a result of the supplier’s negligence which made it absolutely useless. Backdrops are usually rolled without folding and shipped in tubes. Total waste of time and money. I complained to the company via email and was told to fix it myself by laying it flat for 24 hours, I followed their ridiculous suggestion and did it for 48 hours which did not help at all. It didn’t even put a dent in the wrinkles. I contacted them again and asked them to take it back for a full refund, they started haggling with me offering a 50% refund, which is unacceptable. This item is totally and 100% useless and only good for recycling trash bins. Stay away from this vendor.

I had a terrible experience when I tried to purchase from Buy-Backdrop. Basically, I ordered something and then had to cancel it because my friend had already bought the same item from Amazon. I contacted their customer service and they said they would refund me. But then I got into this weird back-and-forth with "bella" where she kept saying it would happen right away but it never did.

Eventually, I decided to take it up with PayPal to see if I could get my money back that way. "Bella" then sent me an email warning me that because I had involved PayPal, they had frozen my funds and the refund wasn't going to happen. Frankly, this felt like pure blackmail to me.

But it gets even worse - after the whole ordeal, Buy-Backdrop then tried to use bribes to get me to take down my negative review of them. I mean, seriously? Their customer service is so bad they have to buy off people to save their reputation?

Honestly, it's clear to me that Buy-Backdrop is a terrible company to do business with. They're manipulative, dishonest, and their customer service is a joke. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from them.

I placed an order on April 15th and pony up for express postage since the website claimed the package will arrive within 15 days. Fair enough, but why wasn't that information made clear before I made my purchase? They promised to send my order out right away and that I'd receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Days went by and still no email. I sent another message asking for a refund and received an identical copy/paste reply. The following day, I received an email from the company simply stating "Your order has shipped," with a number of strange spelling mistakes and no tracking information.

I reached out again inquiring about the tracking number, and finally received a response a few days later. What I discovered was even more frustrating. Not only was the product being shipped from China (which was never mentioned on the website), but it hadn't even left the manufacturer yet. At this point, it had been a month and a half since I placed my order.

Overall, I feel like I've been scammed by Buy-Backdrop. I have no clue when I'll receive my purchase, if at all. It's a damn shame that companies can take people's money without the proper resources to service their customers. I plan on reporting them to the better business bureau, hoping that other people won't have to go through the same stress and frustration that I did.

I bought two backdrops from this website and was super excited to receive them. However, when they arrived at my doorstep, I was disappointed to see that they were dirty and stained. Adding to my dismay, they were printed on old material, which made football helmets and letters on the other side visible. I immediately requested a refund, but the business denied, suggesting I could wash them instead. Frankly speaking, I was surprised by their unprofessional behavior. They could have at least offered a refund, but they didn't.

Update: I wrote a review highlighting my disappointment with their products and services. After that, the business contacted me and told me to remove the review if I want a refund. I refused, informing them that if they want my review to change, they should give me a refund first. However, the business still insisted on getting me to delete the review before giving me my money back. This approach is highly unprofessional and felt like a scam to me. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend shopping on this website.

Please see attached screenshots of the emails, and judge for yourself. The bottom line is that their products are not as advertised, and their services are subpar. I hope my experience can help others avoid falling into the same trap as I did.

I gotta say, Buy-Backdrop really did me dirty. Straight up lies from the start, and then when I tried to call them out, they just ignored me. No refund, no effort, just pure bull$#*!. I spent $450 on their "product" and almost $70 for fast shipping, but what did I get? A week late and completely useless. They claimed they shipped on a Tuesday, but their labels showed that they didn't even do jack until Friday. And I was even willing to pay extra for 3 day shipping, but that didn't happen until Monday. A damn shame, because I needed it for a funeral that happened on Saturday.

I got a message from Buy-Backdrop that my order had been shipped. The status of the order was shippped and I purchased six products. The problem was that they charged me for two orders and I had not received my backdrops yet. I was in the middle of a business trip when I realized this issue. Thankfully, their customer service department was great. When I informed them about my situation, they refunded me for one order.

However, when I arrived home from my trip and opened the package, I was disappointed. I didn't even bother to take a look at them, because I was in such a rush to leave again due to a family illness. I packed the backdrops in my carry-on bag and left. But when I looked closely at them later, I was shocked by how terrible they looked! Honestly, these are the worst backdrops I have ever seen in my life! Only two of them could be salvaged, but the rest of them looked so light and unrealistic, as if they have been sun-bleached. I waited for 21 days for delivery, even though there is a 14-day return policy. Unfortunately, I just opened them and they're terrible!

I want everyone to know that I will never recommend this company to anyone I know, whether it's my co-workers, colleagues, or friends. I can't believe how terrible these backdrops are. They have wasted my time and money! Buy-Backdrop needs to get their act together and improve their product quality. I hope everyone else has better luck when buying from this company.

So, I gotta tell ya, I was pretty ticked off when my backdrops arrived a full week after what was supposed to be the last delivery date. Like, what the heck? I had a project to do and a timeline to stick to! And the worst part? The seller didn't really offer me any meaningful way to fix it. They offered to refund the shipping (big woop) or for me to return the backdrops (at MY expense!) for a refund, but the return shipping was going to cost me at least $70. No way, Jose.

To add insult to injury, the seller didn't take any responsibility for the misinformation on delivery times on their website, and to top it off, their emails were coming back undeliverable. Talk about a sucky situation all around! I felt like I was up the creek without a paddle - and the only way I was able to communicate with them was through PayPal. Ugh.

I have to be honest here, I can't really speak to the quality of the backdrops because they arrived too late for me to even open the package. But if I were you, I'd definitely keep this experience in mind if you're considering buying from them. If you do end up going for it, just be sure to give yourself PLENTY of time before you expect to need those backdrops.

All that being said, I gotta give the seller some credit - after I left my initial one-star review, they reached out to me and we were able to work out a settlement. They promised to update their site with more accurate delivery timeframes, which is definitely a step in the right direction. And they even refunded me $50 (which isn't enough to cover the loss, but hey, it's something). So I ended up bumping my review up to three stars, at least as a way to acknowledge that they did try to make it right.

But still... I highly doubt I'll be purchasing from them again. In fact, if you're in the market for a backdrop, let me know - I've got eight I could sell ya!

We gave Buy-Backdrop a try and ordered five (5) vinyl backdrops from them on the 20th of February 2020. According to their website, production time only takes a day, and shipping should take 15-20 days. We were excited to receive the much-awaited backdrops, so we constantly checked our email for a shipping confirmation. But after a week, we still hadn't received any update, so we reached out to their customer service team through the chat feature, but we didn't get any response. We tried a second time, but still, we didn't hear anything back from them.

Feeling a sense of urgency, we decided to email them directly about our concern and how we needed to cancel the order if they couldn't provide the information we needed. They replied saying that they'd ship the items before the third of March.

After a long wait, the first week of April, our order finally arrived. However, we were disappointed to see that the whole order wasn't there. We reached out to them again, and it took several attempts to get an update and find out where our missing order was. It took another month for us to receive another tracking number, which they said was shipped on the 19th of March.

We were frustrated and disappointed with the lack of communication from this company. We didn't receive an update that the whole order wouldn't be shipping together, and we only received the tracking number for our missing items after we repeatedly demanded to know what was going on. Every time we asked for a refund or requested them to reship the items as they were obviously lost, the only response we got from them was "Your tracking number is...". It felt like our concerns were not being heard.

In conclusion, we had a terrible experience with Buy-Backdrop. Their customer service was lacking, and we did not feel valued as customers. We wouldn't recommend buying from this company and suggest that you consider shopping on Amazon instead, where they prioritize customer satisfaction.

I just want to share my experience with Buy-Backdrop or buy-backdrop.com. I recently placed an order on their website for a backdrop, clips, and a stand. Unfortunately, my order arrived broken, and to make matters worse, they duplicated my order into three separate transactions, which my credit card did not authorize.

It took several days of emailing and waiting for a response from their customer support team, and despite the fact that I was charged for two orders, credit was not issued immediately. What's more, when I checked my order on their website, the incorrect orders were still there. buy-backdrop.com didn't even bother removing or correcting them.

I placed my order on March 27th, and after waiting for a month, I had to persistently inquire for a tracking number to know the status of my item. It took a while before they responded and provided me with a tracking number. Sadly, it was incomplete.

One of the negative things about buy-backdrop.com is their inconsistent response time. They only replied to me within 24 hours after I informed them that I had already filed a dispute with my credit card company. They were silent before that. I even emailed them on June 12th, and they never responded until I told them about the dispute.

I am still awaiting the credit for the missing item from my order. Hopefully, it will be issued soon.

My advice to everyone is to avoid buy-backdrop.com to save yourselves the trouble and frustration. After experiencing their poor customer service, I am convinced that any positive reviews about them must be fake.

So, I bought this backdrop from Buy-Backdrop and let me tell you, it's been quite a journey. The collapsible stand that came with it was missing a piece, and that was a crucial piece. I tried my best to make it work but it just wasn't happening. I reached out to the company and they sent me some instructions. But these instructions were basically telling me to use the piece that I didn't have! I tried to explain to them that I was missing that piece but they just kept telling me to extend the stand. I even sent them a video to show them how it wasn't working without that missing piece.

Well, now they're trying to tell me that the missing piece is just an "accessory" that doesn't come with the stand. But how can that be when the stand doesn't work without it? I feel like I'm being given the runaround here. In the photos they originally sent me, the missing piece was supposed to be attached to the top of the stand itself. But I have two pieces that don't connect to each other without that missing piece.

I've been going back and forth with them, sending them multiple photos and videos to show them how the stand doesn't look like it's supposed to. But they just won't admit that it's defective. They don't want to give me my money back. It's really frustrating because I just want this to work but they're not helping me at all.

It's a shame because I was really excited about this backdrop. It looked great in the photos online and I was really hoping to use it for some upcoming photo shoots. But now I'm just left with this useless stand and no backdrop. I really hope they can fix this issue and give me the refund I deserve.

Between losing my money and not getting any customer service, I definitely regret ordering from this site. If I had read some reviews beforehand, I might have saved myself the stress and inconvenience. I honestly think that the only positive reviews on this site come from people who are in on the scam. I was frustrated to discover that I had been charged a hefty $37 for express shipping that I did not receive, and that my package had arrived 15 days after my initial order.

I just wanted to let everyone know about my experience with Buy-Backdrop. Let me just say, it was not a good one. I purchased four collapsible backdrops, but was disappointed to find that three of them were severely damaged upon arrival. The packaging was completely torn and the metal edges had ripped through the cloth. It was a mess. After many (and I mean MANY) back and forth emails, they upped their offer slightly to ?30, which I still refused. I mean, come on. They then tried to sweeten the deal with a 10% discount on my next order but I was not fooled. Why would I want to order again after experiencing such terrible customer service? It was just not worth it to me.

To make things even worse, just recently they tried to bribe me with ?40 to remove my feedback on their website. Seriously?! That is just completely unethical. It just confirms to me that this is not a business I want to be associated with. Overall, I would definitely recommend avoiding Buy-Backdrop. I was checkin' out some backdrops for my Halloween shoot and stumbled upon Buy-Backdrop (buy-backdrop.com). While I was perusin' their collection, I stumbled on an image that looked super familiar. I was in disbelief, so I headed back to my Flickr account where I had previously posted the image, and what do ya know? It was the EXACT same image I shot in Crescent City, California. The same camera angle, same clouds, same waves, everything! I couldn't believe what I was seein', and to top it off, they didn't even ask to use my image, provide compensation, or give me any copyright release. They straight up stole my work!

I'm here to warn ya'll that this company is makin' their money by stealin' from artists and creatives alike. It's downright shameful, and I wouldn't dare recommend them to anyone. Buy-Backdrop is a company that's only lookin' out for themselves and their pockets, with no regard for the hard work and rights of others.

If it wasn't for the fact that I have all the proof I need to back up my claims, I wouldn't even be writin' this review. But I have the original image files and camera data to prove what I'm sayin', so don't even think about callin' me a liar.

This website is not to be trusted, they are complete liars! Buy-Backdrop claims that they can ship your order in 4-6 or 8-10 business days. However, my order has not moved since September 20th, and I have been waiting for 35 business days! Their customer service is not responding and I am extremely disappointed and furious. This company is a scam and I will be filing chargebacks against them. It's appalling that a company like this is still operating and taking advantage of customers. My advice to you is to AVOID this terrible website at all costs.

I've been using an iron on a low heat with a lot of pressure to smooth them out, but apparently the sun does the trick better (too bad I'm stuck in the Highlands with no sunlight in sight). Despite the creases, though, they do look just like the website description and the 3ft x 5ft size is perfect for photographing small items like cakes, hats, boxes, and bowls. It was exactly what I needed for my business.

That being said, it would have been nice if they sent the backdrops rolled instead of folded and without such a long wait. But, hey, it is what it is. All in all, if you're not in a rush and don't mind some creases, give Buy-Backdrop a shot.
