Horrible company, do not order from them, customer service sucks, no phone number to talk to anyone. I had to email several times and finally had my bank do a charge back or I never would have gotten my money back.ordered $800 of in stock wallpaper, three weeks later still didn’t have the wallpaper they said it was backordered and I said well cancel the order then. Lady said it’s final sale, I said no ma’am it’s final sale if it shipped and I received it maybe but it is backordered and hasn’t even shipped so cancel my order you shouldn’t have even charged my credit card until it shipped, finally got e-mail saying my return was being processed. Three weeks later still no refund and I got an email they shipped the wallpaper, the wallpaper I had cancelled three weeks before! I had to ship it back to them. I sent our emails to my bank and my bank went after them and finally got my money back. Whole ordeal was a month and a half of back and forth, ridiculous!

So, I was doing a little shopping on burkedecor.com and decided to take advantage of the Black Friday deals and purchase the Hobson bench. The website said it was in stock and would be shipped within 7-14 days. I thought, great, I can get this beautiful bench in no time! I paid about $825 which for me, is a pretty big chunk of change.

The person I spoke to on the phone reassured me that my order was still on track to be shipped within the allotted time frame and that the item was still in stock. I thought, wow, that was easy!

However, fast forward to 18 days after I made the purchase and I called again. This time I was told that the bench was not in stock and that it would take up to 90 days to ship from overseas. What?! This was completely different from what I was told before! I was a little upset but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait it out.

But then, I called again and spoke to yet another person, and this time I was told that the bench did not pass quality control checks and that's why it wasn't shipped. What?! If that was the case, why was it still listed on the website as in stock? I felt like I was being misled and lied to.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with burkedecor.com. I don't feel like I can trust them to fulfill their promises. I'm hoping to get my refund soon and shop elsewhere.

I told them, frankly, it's too late at this point and I don't even want the item anymore after how much I've waited. But they don't want to refund me no matter how many times I ask. Mayb if i sing a different tune to 'em they'll finally give me what i want, u feel?

So, I wanted to buy some new furniture for my house and thought Burke Decor would be a good place to check out. My first order took a super long time, over 8 months to get here! When I finally got it, I wasn't happy with the item and had to wait another 2 months for a refund. I was told it was because of the darn pandemic.

But, I decided to give them another chance. This time, it only took 2-3 months for a chair to arrive. But when I finally got it, I was really disappointed with the workmanship. The cowhide leather started shedding just by touching it, ugh! So, I had to call to get a return started, but you can't do it online. Then, I had to wait for a form to be sent to me and email it back. I had to wait for their approval and then for the warehouse to send me an airbill. Finally, I had to drag a big box to drop off at Fedex. Phew!

After a month, I didn't get any confirmation that the return was received. So, I had to call again to ask about my refund status. It took them another 2-3 months to finally give me my money back. But, in the end, I lost over $150 for shipping costs and a 5% restocking fee for a $350 chair. It's just not worth it to shop there anymore.

So, I recently got this wallpaper from Burke Decor, and I was really excited to have it installed. But, to my surprise, the installation turned out to be a real pain. I had to get a professional to get the job done, yet nothing seemed to line up and looked like a complete mess.

I was even more disappointed when I called their returns department and spoke to a customer service representative who was dismissive and offered no help. As if that wasn't enough, they then said that because I didn't respond to their form quickly enough, they had tested the wallpaper and found nothing wrong with it. They denied my claim. It was beyond frustrating, and I just couldn't believe it.

I can't believe how ridiculous this entire experience was. I paid for an unusable product, and they didn't care about my frustrations. They didn't even offer an apology. Therefore, I will not recommend Burke Decor to anyone. It's better to shop from Pottery Barn or buy from Amazon than to deal with Burke Decor and their terrible customer service.

So, we saw that Burke Decor had this cool loop paper towel holder that would make our lives easier - they said it was designed so anyone could easily pull out a sheet of paper towel with just one hand. We thought that sounded perfect, so we ordered it. But when we opened it up and tried to use it, it quickly became clear that this little gadget wasn't going to do us any good. The spring arm that's supposed to hold the roll of paper towels in place is just way too tight. You can pull and tug on the paper towel as hard as you want, but the roll just won't budge. But the real kicker was when we saw that WE were responsible for paying the $22.50 return shipment fee. That just seems crazy to us. We're paying over $25 bucks just to return an item that didn't even work? That's almost half the cost of the item itself.

All in all, we were pretty disappointed with our experience with Burke Decor. It feels a little shady to charge customers so much for returns, and the fact that their product didn't work as advertised just made things even worse. We wouldn't recommend shopping with them if you're looking for a stress-free experience.

I paid $2491.29 initially, and the refund would only be $1717.32 which does not even include the shipping fees! Plus, they told me that the delivery would take about 6 to 8 weeks which came as a shock to me because I had chosen the option of quick shipping!

I decided to send an email to Burke Decor to ask why I would be charged $481.68 in shipping fees, but they ignored my question. They just told me that my refund would be processed in 7-14 business days. By the 19th day, I still hadn't received a refund and was becoming frustrated. I sent them another email asking what was happening, but still no response. Eventually, I received an email from PayPal stating that I had been issued a refund, but Burke Decor still did not reach out to me at all.

It was two months of wasted time and energy, and a loss of $773.97 that really hurt me. I wouldn't have received my refund if I didn't follow up with them repeatedly. I think Burke Decor is a terrible company with terrible customer service. Whenever I called them, no one answered. I tried to be patient, but the situation really put me off. If only Burke Decor could lend me $2400 for three months to reciprocate the favor, I would definitely appreciate that!

To conclude, I highly recommend that everyone should not buy from this company. I wouldn't rate them any higher than negative 10 stars.
