I tried fitting the cover on my '67 Ford Fairlane GT 427 which was within the dimensions specified online, but it wouldn't even cover the front and back of the car. The material was also a cheap burlap type of material, which is not what an indoor cover should be. I've owned classic cars and covers for over 40 years and this as the worst quality car cover that I've ever owned. Customer Service only told me that I bought it over 30 days ago, so I couldn't send it back. Fine. But they didn't even care that their specs for the cover were wrong. Now I see why their reviews are so low, especially on the BBB site.

So, I tried out The Cover Store for a recent purchase and I have to say, I was a bit disappointed. They advertise that their covers typically come with mirror and antenna pockets, but that's just not the case. I was left without any mirror pockets and no holes to accommodate my antenna. I even tried cutting my own holes, but the material started to rip. It's frustrating to not have a product live up to its advertised features.

However, what really bothers me is that The Cover Store is just a drop-shipping business. They take orders and then markup products that are shipped straight from China. I was under the impression that the company was based in Dallas, Texas and that the products were Texas made, but that turned out to be untrue. Every dollar spent in China supports their development of five aircraft carriers and accompanying warships to potentially attack the US. It's concerning to think that supporting a company like The Cover Store could inadvertently contribute to a war effort against our own country.

On a side note, they seem to think that a 911, Boxter, and 308 are all the same car. It's disappointing to not have a company that truly knows its products. All in all, I would caution against supporting a company like The Cover Store. It's simply not worth it in the end.

We ended up needing covers for our mega patio set and grill and we came throughout The Cover Store. The web page was not too bad (not too bad, I mean not too hard if you got a bit of time to figure out) to use but I needed some assistance because I couldn't seem to find the exact sizes I was looking for. I saw that they did custom covers but I really wanted to be sure of the measurements that I needed. So I called in to talk to one of their reps and they were able to help me understand exactly what measurements I needed to move forward with ordering my covers. The site was pretty smooth (like my jazz playlist) but it was great to have a second opinion to make sure I was doing everything right.

The team there suggested that I choose a fabric that would perform nicely for the weather conditions in my area (not like I've got a degree in meteorology, like come on) and were able to guide me on measuring more accurately. Ultimately (which is like a fancy word we don't really need) I went with the Ultima fabric. After a few weeks of waiting, our order finally came (I couldn't wait, like you know that feeling when you're waiting for your favorite pizza) and everything fit just PERFECTLY! I know, I know, I am proud of myself too, it seems like my measurements were spot on!

We have been really happy with the quality of the covers and our neighbors have been admiring them so much that they want to order some as well (like come on Karen could you be a bit more original). All in all, we're super satisfied with the customer service and product quality from The Cover Store. So if you want to protect your patio set and grill (and gain a bit of respect from the neighbors), I'd definitely encourage you to give The Cover Store a try!

and cheaters. That's what we experienced when we ordered chair covers from The Cover Store. We were really excited to get these covers because they were supposed to be top-notch quality and protect our chairs during the rainy season. But it turned out to be a complete disaster.

When we received the covers, we immediately noticed that they were too long and were dragging on the ground. We thought that this was an error on their part, so we called them up to request a replacement. However, they asked us to take several pictures of the covers, both inside and out, and the chairs, with and without the covers. They even asked for the measurements of the seams! We thought this was quite an absurd request, but we complied nonetheless.

After submitting all the required information, we heard back from them after two days, telling us that it wasn't their fault. We were flabbergasted! It's quite clear that they didn't take the length off, yet they still denied their responsibility.

We did some research and found out that the covers were made in China. With this fact in mind, we surmised that they didn't want to spend any more money on shipping another set of covers over that were made correctly. They were probably hoping that the mistake was on the Chinese manufacturer's end, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

We ended up having to keep the covers, despite their terrible look and the risk of mold due to their length dragging on the ground and sitting in rainwater. It was such a terrible experience. We spent a lot of money on these covers, only to be given the runaround by their customer service.

In conclusion, we would not recommend The Cover Store to anyone. Their customer service was atrocious, and they clearly do not stand behind their products. Save your money and go somewhere else for your cover needs.

I gotta say, I had a little bit of a mixed experience with The Cover Store. Don't get me wrong, the covers themselves are alright - I bought a couple back in August for the winter, and they seem to be holding up decently enough so far. But here's the thing: one of them didn't fit quite right. It was a cover for a swing, but I don't actually use the canopy on it, so the whole thing ended up being way too big. They could have at least taken the cover back and re-sewn it or something to remove the canopy top. But nope. Nada.

Anyway, if you don't want to take my word for it, just check out the photos for yourself. You can see what happened when the wind got ahold of that thing. And the second photo shows how it filled up like a dang balloon every time the wind blew. So take it from me: if you're gonna buy from The Cover Store, just be careful, 'cause you might end up with a cover that does more harm than good.

Admittedly, I made a mistake and entered one of the measurements incorrectly during checkout. I realized my mistake almost immediately after hitting the submit button, but was disappointed to discover that the customer service center was closed as it was a Sunday.

I couldn't wait to resolve it, so I called first thing Monday morning to see if it was possible to rectify my mistake. Unfortunately, I was informed that I was not able to edit the measurements or cancel the order. My total bill came up to $338, which was a significant amount of money for me, and to hear that it wasn't possible to get a refund felt like a punch to the gut. I then demanded to speak to a manager and was promised that a manager would call me back as soon as possible.

In the next 20 minutes, my phone rang and it was the manager. However, the conversation felt robotic and the message was the same as before. They offered me 10% off my next order, as if that would make up for the loss of $338. I was extremely disappointed and decided that this experience was enough for me to never shop with them again.

I was astounded that they were unwilling to halt the production of the covers, despite my mistake happening less than 24 hours ago and no material had been cut yet. I can't believe that they would even consider sending me literal trash. In the end, it wasn't worth the stress and hassle, and I will be shopping with a different company from now on.

Been buying stuff from this shop for years, man, and I always like what I get. But this time, I gotta say, I ran into a bit of trouble. When I reached out to their customer service department, they had no real solutions or suggestions to offer. They informed me that no fabric is truly 100% waterproof (which is debatable in my opinion) and that their warranty did not cover water proofness.

To add insult to injury, they suggested that I should have put an object under the cover to tent the surface, so that the rainwater would not collect. However, this is nowhere to be found in any of their descriptions or instructions, and I was clueless as to how to proceed. The warranty details were not easily found and the word "waterproof" was nowhere to be seen on their website.

Their covers are top-quality, and they offer them in all sorts of sizes and styles. The site is pretty easy to navigate, too.

The website claimed that this car cover had "unique weather defeating technology" with its three wafer thin layers. However, I found that to be completely untrue. After just four months of using it in moderate southern California weather, with little rain and indirect sunlight, it began to disintegrate and tear.

Now, y'all, I'm not one to be wasteful. I have some Treasure Garden covers that have been holding strong for over 15 years! The fact that The Cover Store couldn't even bother to fix the crappy cords on their covers just makes me kinda mad. Needless to say, I won't be buying from them again.

The covers themselves are top-notch quality, and now that I have the correct material, I know they will last for years to come.

Overall, I highly recommend The Cover Store for all of your cover needs. Not only do they have a wide selection of products, but their customer service is fantastic. The inconvenience of ordering the wrong material was handled swiftly and efficiently, and I never felt like I was being ignored or brushed off.
