Kane's Furniture review: Horrible customer service

First time shopping at Kane's and last!
The customer service at the Clearwater location was horrible...rude and condescending!
We came to exchange a product and all we got was bad attitude and snide remarks! Had to call corporate office to resolve the issue!
After several calls and being put on hold for long periods of time the issue was partially resolved. I guess that is the best I can hope for!
