Saya nak guna barang cepat. Saya tak kisah ambil masa seminggu kalau dari luar negara. Tapi kalau dalam negara sendiri jadi macam ni. Siapa je yang tak marah? Betul kan? Saya harap pihak JnT cuba selesaikan masalah ni secepat yang mungkin. Ada ke patut saya order dari Selangor tapi sampai ke Larut Matang? Saya duduk Padang Rengas diorang dah lalu tau tempat saya. Jauh ke atas perginya apa cerita ni!

With reference to the above tracking number given, the parcel was posted to J&T express Bayan Lepas on 30-31/8/2021. There was a mistake by the sender on the delivery address (Postcode and city). The correct postcode was 46200 Petaling Jaya. I have called call center on 3/9/2021, address has been amended and I was informed the report has been made, and parcel will be delivered to Petaling Jaya soon. Unfortunately, the corrective action has not been taken, and I have called multiple times ( 6-7 times) over 10 days, every time I called, I was informed report will be made, and the respective warehouse (sorting center) will be informed. But, the respective center has failed multiple times to scan and sort the parcel correctly. Looks like there is no point of calling call center and making report, when the warehouse could not follow up with updates and act accordingly. The parcel has been travelling back and forth Banting and Petaling Jaya for more than 10 days. I hope the authority will make an action against the J&T express Seri Kembangan and PJ Gateway branches, for failing to give the best service to the customer. I had to collect the parcel myself from Banting branch on 12/9/2021, because I have lost trust in the service. This report is made, to let the administration of J&T express be awar of the existence of such issues in your service and branches. Hope improvement can be done soon.

The service can close already. The j&t center at sungai lokan (penang) is unreachable and my parcel been hold at j&t so long...most bad service among courrier which i been receive so far.

The tracking number is [protected] and the postcode is 36800. It supposed to be sent to Perak Tengah district but it's being brought to Larut Matang district, PRK 900. J&T Express, please send to the right address and postcode because the parcel contains food. Which I'm afraid it might going to turn bad if it's not arrived in the nearest time. Plus, I've read reviews that parcels tend to stuck at the hub PRK 900 for a really long time. And that's not good since my parcel contains food.

Hello, i have made order from shopee since 09/09, and the item was from Petaling and sent to Sri Petaling, but when i check my parcel at Penang. I try remind by J&T app, but they say "Invalid Order Number" even the tracking is real. Pleasee sent me asap my parcel. Please dont take is easy, i buy with my money, not your money ! Remind the parcel man to sent my parcel asap !

I have problems with the attitude of J&T runner whom covers my area. He refused to hand in my parcel to the 4th floor at my doorstep and yet asked me to get down and get it by myself. I have already let him know that I am currently pregnant and due to our current Covid condition, I prefer not to go out anywhere and this is the reason why I choose to purchase online.

This is not the first time I am facing with his bad behavioural manners. He did asked me where is my husband and I'm so mad with this question as my husband is working abroad and currently in Dubai, he-the runner should not ask me this. He should just done his job by handing me my parcel!

And as per the attachment, it was really funny to read his reason of failure to deliver at 2343hours : DILUAR WAKTU OPERASI.
Of course! It was already late at night and if it was true he did came to deliver, who on earth will open the door for him at that hour whilst the husband is not at home!

But today, the parcel is still delivered to the old address.

I have 2 parcel from j&t kuching 301. This is this one chinese girl, delivering my parcel. She throws my parcel out from her car while im in front of her. She absolutely can just pass it gently to me, but her behaviour makes me feels so terrible with j&t services. If can please punish her for her really really bad behavior.

Parcel got hold at CDC 606 semenyih since 5/9.first j&t staff msg asking whether I had received my order.after few day j&t staff msg again asking the same question.without checking the the parcel still available, she asked me to get refund from shopee instead as 'sudah lamakan'. I asked them to try finding my parcel as I don't want to request refund.after one day, them reply unable to find my parcel.ask me to request refund.it irresponsible when you lost the goods and ask to request refund

Beli barang di shoppe. 16 ogos telah dinhantar oleh seller. Sekarang 11 september dah, tetapi barang belum saya terima. Mohon semakkan untuk saya.

I send my parcel at SS2 branch on 6/9/2021 send to Tawau Sabah with the tracking number [protected].

Until now I did not get any status update for more than 2 days. I send an email to [protected]@jtexpress.my but the mailbox problem.

Then morning I called to track the parcel, they're not managed to get the latest status and response as same as per tracking system. So I get them to remark.

Afternoon I called again, the Klang side verified that the parcel had reached Sabah Gateway but how come the system was not showed. They get me to talk to Sabah customer service.

So when I connected to Sabah line, the person in charge can't speak well and replied me that she may need to check with Klang side as Klang side used to make mistake on parcel.

How come the service was so mad and complication. No matter how please look into it seriously as we pay higher than poslaju and others to get better service.

I am the sender of tracking number [protected]. I post from Ipoh to Seri Iskandar Perak since 4Sep, thinking of urgent express so I choose J and T.
However looking at the tracking it was inbound outbound to multiple location but not the destination.
Called to the drop point office the person just responded me not his business.
2 times I called to customer service i was told postcode issue the first time, but I verified with receiver Tenaga Bill address, it is correct. 2nd time the customer service said will try notify the urgent shipment. it was yesterday. But today it is rebound to Batu Gajah again.
If J and T cannot ship, please give me back the goods today. I drive there faster than you.

Kenapa ye barang saya tidak sampai lagi, dah 9 hari tak sampai lagi. Dah 9 hari status parcel "bad weather" saya nak guna barang itu isnin minggu hadapan. Mohon settlekan kes saya ini secepat yang mungkin.

I ordered two things from two separate companies on Shopee on the same day. 31 August 2021. One of them departed from station J&T in Penang since 5 September and I still haven't received the parcel. I'm LIVING IN PENANG! How long is it going to take for a parcel to get from one place to another in the same freaking city? The other one is STILL on the way from Melaka from 1 September. When I tried to remind the orders on the app, it said invalid order numbers. How is that even possible? J&T is the worst. People always think POSLaju is bad but J&T is worse. At least if I send a parcel using POSLaju, I can know that the parcel will be delivered within three days. The trouble is, NO ONE IS DOING ANYTHING ABOUT THIS. Might as well just close the company and move on. Let other company do the deliveries because clearly, J&T doesn't have what it takes to do it properly.

Kenapa status on hold delivery cancelled

Your staff never call for sending a parcel...just use 'horn car' ...when i open the door, your staff just put on the car wiper that stuff and walk away..he never say anything or never greeting or apologizing ...other currier service did like this...this no first time happen...that 3rd time happen to me.. is this your service J&T...teribble and rude... it's happen this time 2.40pm 9 September 2021..worst worker...
