Assalamualaikum,

Saya telah membuat laporan polis berkenaan barang saya telah hilang sebanyak dua kali di gateway kuala nerus. Apabila saya menghubungi j&t kuala terengganu beliau mengatakan budak lori di kuala nerus memang akan menghilangkan barang yang besar erti kata lain songlap. Bila pihak j&t sendiri kata begitu apa tindakan hq.. Takkan membiarkan pekerja sendiri buat macam tu tanpa sebarang tindakan. Kerugian yang saya alami sekarang bernilai sebanyak rm1k.. Saya akan membawa kes ni ke mahkamah. Saya juga tidak berpuas hati dengan jawapan yang kami terima. Saya juga sehingga sekarang hubungi customer service untuk dapatkan no telefon cawangan kuala nerus beliau mengatakan tiada no telefon dan pihak j&t tidak dapat detect siapa yang membawa barang tersebut.. Tolong la.. Tu barang niaga aku yang berharga rm1000 mungkin bagi anda semua harga tu sedikit ada lagi yang hilang beribu.. Tapi bagi saya ia sangat bermakna di musim pendemik ini.. Itu pun guna modal kwsp yang dapat keluarkan.

Saya juga akan buat aduan pada mcmc berkenaan hal ini.

Untuk makluman saya guna alamat tempat kerja (MARDI) tetapi gambar bukti barang saya telah dihantar menunjukkan lokasi rumah orang bukannya tempat kerja saya. Gambar yg di ambil juga tidak menunjukkan alamat & nama saya. Saya tidak dapat barang saya & juga tidak dapat apa-apa makluman barang akan dihantar. Saya cuma dapat notification menyatakan barang saya telah dihantar. Mohon pihak J&T siasat staf yang terlibat dalam proses penghantaran tersebut.

On 8th September 2021, I received my parcel and was disappointed to find out that part of it was partially open. I would totally understand if my parcel was ripped by unavoidable circumstances but I can tell my parcel was clearly being ripped off on purpose. And this is not the first time I have encountered such incident. I've seen and read so many complains from others who use your courier service as well. Is ripping off the parcel part of your SOPs? Because I don't see this thing happening in other courier services. Besides, I am not sure which station or J&T centre that caused this liability. Thankfully my item was not stolen nor defected due to the irresponsible act. I hope you guys care to explain and resolve this issue to avoid the same incident happening again in future; not just for me but on behalf of other consumer of your service as well. Thank you.

Jnt drop off today my parcel and charge RM8.50. My parcel already been paid, it is not a cod parcel that you need to collect money? Why they need to do that, this is absurd. Because someone else collect the parcel they can lie like that? Why Jnt? It is because you not paid enough your employee and make them willing to lie like that? It is not cod parcel.. im so mad because this should be not happening..

4 tracking number for my parcel that being too long at Jnt PERAK GATEWAY

May I know why my parcel being hold for too long in a place that cause a delay in delivery process? Please figure out way to not keep your customer parcel for too long unless its from overseas. Acceptable if the item is from China but the problem here is the item is in the state itself but still late of delivery services

I look for my parcel which already in J&T CDC Kulai 303 from 4.9.2021 till now. 6.9.2021, 1 of the WhatsApp from J&T [protected] asking receive the parcel or not? I didn't receive it and contact back the number but totally didn't answer. I try contact the phone number in web page are UNABLE TO CONTACT. Nobody answer phone or direct to message. What are the purpose for having the contact number? For What? I need this parcel Urgently for my son which will travel to UK on this Friday. Now what is happening? Please ACTION and ADVICE ASAP.

Since 4.9.21 parcel was pending at pjs. Its alreaddy 4 days. Not moving at all.. Why this kind of worst and bad servise by jt express.

Suppose today I need receive my parcel. Last date today..

If no body working at jt express msysia.. Close this courier servise... Atleast shopee or shopee buyer can find other courier servise.

Good afternoon. I have shipped the goods on 5/9/2021 tracking number [protected] to the address No 133, Jalan Merbau, Oren Business Center, 13000 Butterworth, Penang and until now my shipment still could not be delivered to the proper location. The track and trace system also did not make any updates to know the latest location of my goods. Please sir/madam be able to take appropriate action so that you are responsible for the delay in sending my goods

My parcel shipment on 4/9/2021.
The status state it was delivered on 7/9/2021 in the midnight.
It took almost 4 days to arrived.
The problem is I did not receive any parcel from the courier.
What should I do?
Is there any problem with the courier?
If the courier having a problems please take an action.
I have already allert for this problem due too many customer complain for the same cases.
Please upgrade the systems to encourage customer.

Barang saya stuck jnt bagan dan penang gateway.. Sehingga sekarang saya belum terima lagi barang itu! Jika hilang atau rosak saya akan buat aduan polis dan mahkamah.. Call tidak pernah di angkat.. Korang tidor ke?

I'm Jiva here launching a complaint on J&T service. I didn't receive the parcel till today 7 Sept 2021 where it been out for delivery on 13 Aug 2021. I have connected the customer service man times and launch a complaint but there is no response from them. The only answer which I get back is "the parcel is already in seri kembanagan hub, will try to deliver to you" and I also can't track my parcel on the website.

Its is already 3 days but my parcel stuck in transit. Please be responsible and trustworthy courier. My tracking number is [protected]. Please do your job properly or I will not use your service anymore. If have any problem with the transit let me know and I will understand the situation happened. Last but not least please delivery on time and do not delay the transit. Thank you

I want to complaint about this delivery girl because of her rude attitude. I don't know if she is just the j&t runner or she is staff of j&t but she's so rude. She call me and suddenly without any greetings 'salam/good everning' or so what ever she talk with me with high note voice. I politely told her my house location, the significant thing she can see but then she call me again and say "If u dont know where's yr house then how will I deliver this parcel?" Other delivery man also I gave them exactly same direction and they found my house by only 1x delivery attempt. Now my parcel haven't arrived yet and Im worry if she throw away my parcel anyway her way home.

My parcel (620000030520585) has been stuck since the 10th August 2021. I'm not sure where the parcel stuck as the seller said that my parcel was stuck at J&T putrajaya while tracking apps showed that my parcel stuck at J&T pendang, kedah. Please.. I need the parcel because it is a gift for my friend. Im hoping for a positive reply from your side. Thank you.
