J&t staff left ours parcel at store
Your staff not delivery my parcel to my house. Their just left at store at my village their excuse is they have a lot of parcel to delivery.. And customers have to pick up by their self.. We already pay for the service. I think this is so rude and selfish.. I hope your manegement can fix this problem.. After this I think I never take your service. If this problem gonna be fix

Yesterday, when I was going to send the goods, the employee in the store sighed and gave me an unhappy expression. Then the employee told his companion not to accept my order, and his companion agreed with him.
The reason is that he is leaving work. The problem is that when I arrived, it was only 7.30PM. Didn't it mean that it was open to 8.00PM?
Why did I refuse to accept my order when I was going to send the goods at 7.30PM? If you only receive the goods at 7.30PM, why dont't close the door directly, then the customer will not be able to go in and send the goods.
The point is that the staff's attitude is very bad, which makes me very unhappy.
Desired outcome: pls reconfirm that your branch of "kota tinggi" service until 7.30pm or 8.00pm? Improve employees' work attitude

Courier Service
It should be my parcel arrive yesterday, by 14 Sept. However, I did not receive the parcel yet. Your staff just missed call me for ONE TIME only, at 16:52pm. Then, just give up and updated on Shoppe application at 16:53pm that the parcel cannot be send due to the reason that my address and phone number is not complete. I did completed my address and phone number. Plus, I use the same address for my other parcel before this. So this should not be a problem for your staff to find my address. This is ridiculous.
Desired outcome: I want to receive my parcel by today, 15 September 2021. As soon as possible. Thank you.
Slow delivery
Branch Bandar Teknologi Kajang make a very slow delivery by car or lorry. They took more than 4 days send parcel to recipient. The reason that I will always get is
1. Out of drop points business hours
2. Bad weather even the weather not raining for the all days.
3. Cannot call recipients.
What if people need urgent things with items that they buy. If the items was broken or damaged your branch will not take responsibility on the item.
Please make an improvement on you delivering services and look forward your branch and take action on your staff.

Saya tidak paham sistem kerja j&t, macam mana barang saya bole smpai ke sarawak..Sedangkan alamat sya dekat sabah, berapa lama lagi saya harus tunggu barang saya sampai ke sabah..Lepas ini minta tolong pihak j&t semak alamat betul² sebelum buat penghantaran, itu sebab gunanya alamat saya tulis untuk memudahkan pihak pengurusan buat penghantaran, jangan lah kerja sambil lewa
delivery service is garbage
I am complaining about the incident happened to my order with Shoppe, the app said that my order is on delivery, just keep my line open for calls and txt from the rider, days have past the deliver never happened and there is no call or even message/txt on my number. But the must hurtful part is that i the system said i was unreachable, "they never called or txt me" i have signal on my phone 24hrs a day, i could even use my data at 4G". This is unacceptable in my part.
