Saya nak complaint berkaitan dengan cas yang dikenakan bila kita pos barang. Sy pernah pos barang. Barang tu tak sampai 1kg pun. Charge masa tu rm8 mcm tu je. Skrg 0.55kg sahaja tapi kenapa cas dikenakan rm12? Mahal sangat bagi saya.

Issue: Scam, receiver didn't order the item. Receiver is wondering how did this seller managed to get his personal information and address. No sender contact information.

Barang smpi dlam kdaan bgus, tapi saya suruh guna pintu pagar yang tengah kecil, sbb pagar jenis auto .. yang hantar parcel, pergi kopak kan pagar nya, habis pagar tak boleh nak tutup . terbukak pgar nya, please laaa . ape bnde punya service nie, smpai patah dah pagar nya, penghantaran mmg bagus, brg pun dlam kddaan baik, tp org yg hntr pergi kopak kan mcm nie,

Hi.. i was called jnt customer service for 4th times. But no status at all to rectify the complaints that i made.. Jnt Taman perindustrian Putra Puchong didn't give a call to update any till today ..even jnt customer sevice was made the report n the particular J&t was notified about the matter...I 'm so regretfull .. advice me any further action to be taken? Should i go to J&t TPP puchong ? Since J&t TPP didn't pick up the call..

Parcel saya masih stuck di SBH GATEWAY since 20/9/2021 dan masih tak bergerak sehingga hari ini, kebiasaannya akan bergerak ke destinasi seterusnya pada hari yang sama, saya perlukan barang dengan segera, sudahlah pickup pada seller ambik masa seminggu, ini delay pulak, dari 10/9/2021 tau. My parcel got stuck at SWK GATEAWAY04, BAHAGIAN MIRI since 14 September 2021 until today, 21 September 2021. Its been a week and it didnt move at all. How many days it took for my parcel to reach Limbang? Miri and Limbang is not that far. Even my parcel from KL didnt took more than a week to arrived. I hope I will get my parcel within this week. Thank you.

My parcel with tracking number "[protected]" was been wrongly sent to wrong address and the person in charge also never call for the dispatch center for the wrong receiving.

My receiver address stated to "No44, Jalan-3, Taman Bukit Berlian, 70200 Seremban, NSDK. While from the online proof, it was been sent to the address at Mantin Area with post code 71700 / 71750.

Hi I have accidentally input the wrong address. The correct address is 2 mins away from the wrong address, but the driver refuses to send and is willing to bring the parcel back to the warehouse and come again tomorrow. I find this ridiculous as they have no flexibility and they are more willing to waste petrol and time and your side.

Please la improve sistem korang.

My parcel with awb [protected] has not yet delivered (to shah alam) since 17 august and it has been more than a month, was still in transit.

I hv the same parcel posted on the same day, sent to my customer but totally damaged. And nothing has been done to solve this. I have to refund rm150 to my customer due to this negligence done by j&t staff.

Not yet received on the time but I checking that item the status says already parcel have been delivered? In

My parcel tracking number 630449496802 is on hold for too long at J & T lahad datu sabah. They don't deliver to me without reasonable reason. I am very dissatisfied with your company service.

2.4.26 call dah smpai rumah, time tu sy tkde kat rumah sbb pegi dobi ingat sempat balik dlm 30 mnit tu. then keep rider push sruh cepat ambil barang
3. ok brg dapat kt tgn pkul 5. tp update sistem pkul 7.02 mnit bru out of delivery.
4. proof penghantaran pun tak tally, rumah dekat lain snap dekat lain. yg tu maybe sy boleh faham la sbb rider nk cepat kan.
5. sy cuma tk suka attitude rider tu.
6. dah smpai rumah bru call, kita sometime bukan sempat sangat nk check sistem tiap masa.
7. push customer dan beri alasan customer lain tunggu.

Lost parcel

Saya nak buat isu. Baru baru ni saya baru saja post barang makanan. Today cust bagi feedback yg teruk sebab makann hancur. Laju memang laju. But please jangan baling2 barang orang macam tu. Saya bayar mahal untuk postage please lah. Makanan kot. 1 year sy menggunakan service jnt. But now, sy betul2 terkilang sangat. So please, jangan buat begitu lagi. Tq.!

Hai saya nak complaint sebab parcel saya masih tak sampai ..Tiada pergerakan bermula dari 7hb sehingga hari ini..saya sudah call sebanyak 3 kali..Tujuan saya file complaint ni adalh untuk menuntut ganti rugi..Terima kasih..

The courier staff refused to reschedule the delivery to me - even when it was offered as an option. Been calling the office but no one picked up, emailed them as well, live chat with no one replying. What's worse is that they confirmed the status of the delivery as "delivered" when it clearly hasn't been delivered. The worst service that seems like a child's play.

Here's my problem regarding to Malaysia J&T Drop Point LDC SG PINANG 606 It's been 4 days, the item still on hold? And 11am should be business hour, but the tracking updates shows out of office's hour? My parcel been on hold in a same drop point for almost 5 days but still no update. And the runner attitude was bad, service center instead of solving my problem, they ask me to contact the runner by myself. They told me they can't do any help and ask me to call this number [protected]. I've made the call on 15th Sep and the person who answer the call told me to sent my tracking number to WhatsApp and I did what he asked, but then for 3 days I didn't receive any reply from him. No reply at all! And never pick up my call! I still didn't get my parcel until now and I hope you'll look into it. Thank you.
