Shopee updates indicated that parcels had been delivered, but I have not received any. The proof of delivery (picture) is NOT my house. Products had been delivered to another house.
I did not receive any calls at all despite being home the whole day.

Attached is the "Proof of delivery" from Shopee tracking. The one with Red postbox number 275 is my house. As you can see, it is totally different house.

Please refund. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

Complain : customer saya terima barang kurang pada hari ini, pada jam 12:10 tgh hari tadi. Sekarang customer saya sudah klik refund dekat shopee saya.

Manager saya tak nak refund atau klik accept return sebab bukan kesalahan kami.

Tolong siasat dan selesaikan masalah ini secepat mungkin.

Staff di Taiping Perak tidak diberikan uniform kerja yg cukup malah satu uniform pun tak dapat. Dah kerja hampir setahun tapi management bagi alasan macam macam. Tolong alert, cakap uniform melambangkan company tapi uniform pun tak sediakan

I buy through shopee.. my parcels (4) already arrived at jnt301 kuching..on 16 th sept...still not received... They hold too long...pls take action ASAP. Tq

Saya nak complaint berkaitan dengan cas yang dikenakan bila kita pos barang. Sy pernah pos barang. Barang tu tak sampai 1kg pun. Charge masa tu rm8 mcm tu je. Skrg 0.55kg sahaja tapi kenapa cas dikenakan rm12? Mahal sangat bagi saya.

Issue: Scam, receiver didn't order the item. Receiver is wondering how did this seller managed to get his personal information and address. No sender contact information.

Hi.. i was called jnt customer service for 4th times. But no status at all to rectify the complaints that i made.. Jnt Taman perindustrian Putra Puchong didn't give a call to update any till today ..even jnt customer sevice was made the report n the particular J&t was notified about the matter...I 'm so regretfull .. advice me any further action to be taken? Should i go to J&t TPP puchong ? Since J&t TPP didn't pick up the call..

My parcel got stuck at SWK GATEAWAY04, BAHAGIAN MIRI since 14 September 2021 until today, 21 September 2021. Its been a week and it didnt move at all. How many days it took for my parcel to reach Limbang? Miri and Limbang is not that far. Even my parcel from KL didnt took more than a week to arrived. I hope I will get my parcel within this week. My parcel with tracking number "[protected]" was been wrongly sent to wrong address and the person in charge also never call for the dispatch center for the wrong receiving.

My receiver address stated to "No44, Jalan-3, Taman Bukit Berlian, 70200 Seremban, NSDK. While from the online proof, it was been sent to the address at Mantin Area with post code 71700 / 71750.

Hi I have accidentally input the wrong address. The correct address is 2 mins away from the wrong address, but the driver refuses to send and is willing to bring the parcel back to the warehouse and come again tomorrow. I find this ridiculous as they have no flexibility and they are more willing to waste petrol and time and your side.

Please la improve sistem korang.

My parcel with awb [protected] has not yet delivered (to shah alam) since 17 august and it has been more than a month, was still in transit.

I hv the same parcel posted on the same day, sent to my customer but totally damaged. And nothing has been done to solve this. I have to refund rm150 to my customer due to this negligence done by j&t staff.

Not yet received on the time but I checking that item the status says already parcel have been delivered? In

My parcel tracking number 630449496802 is on hold for too long at J & T lahad datu sabah. They don't deliver to me without reasonable reason. I am very dissatisfied with your company service.
