Saya mempunya dua parcel yang mana masih inbound di Bukit Bintang WPKUL Gateway sejak 25 Sept dan masih outbound dari Kuala Selangor SGR WL Gateway sejak 27 Sept. Kebiasaannya hari kedua parcel post out akan outbound from Airfreight99 untuk ke Labuan, tetapi masih lambat. Kedua dua item diperlukan dalam tempoh segera hal ini menyebabkan rutin harian saya terjejas. Dibawah saya attachekan bukti
I'm complaining about my parcel
Last 12 September 2021 my dealer was post my parcel from Kota Kemuning to Padang Rengas, Perak using J&T courier but until today I didn't received any parcel also.. It's almost going to be three weeks...
Everyday I keep on check my parcel at outbound transit center Shah Alam Gateway-Petaling on 12 September 2021..
Can I know what's the reason y I'm still not receive my parcel? Please explain it!

Item has not yet been received, stuck too long at J&T SGR_GATEWAY
My item with waybill no [protected] was supposed to be received on 23 September 2021 stated in Shoppee, but until now still stuck at J&T SGR_GATEWAY from 15 September 2021. What happened to my parcel?! I hope you can solve the problem as soon as possible.
My other item arrived safely even though I ordered them later than the one that stuck at SGR_GATEWAY. I need that item to be sent fast and in good condition. Thank you.

Shopee updates indicated that parcels had been delivered, but I have not received any. The proof of delivery (picture) is NOT my house. Products had been delivered to another house.
I did not receive any calls at all despite being home the whole day.
Attached is the "Proof of delivery" from Shopee tracking. The one with Red postbox number 275 is my house. As you can see, it is totally different house.
Please refund. This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

Hi.. i was called jnt customer service for 4th times. But no status at all to rectify the complaints that i made.. Jnt Taman perindustrian Putra Puchong didn't give a call to update any till today ..even jnt customer sevice was made the report n the particular J&t was notified about the matter...I 'm so regretfull .. advice me any further action to be taken? Should i go to J&t TPP puchong ? Since J&t TPP didn't pick up the call..

Didnt received my parcel
My parcel got stuck at SWK GATEAWAY04, BAHAGIAN MIRI since 14 September 2021 until today, 21 September 2021. Its been a week and it didnt move at all. How many days it took for my parcel to reach Limbang? Miri and Limbang is not that far. Even my parcel from KL didnt took more than a week to arrived. I hope I will get my parcel within this week. Parcel sent to wrong address and wrong people
My parcel with tracking number "[protected]" was been wrongly sent to wrong address and the person in charge also never call for the dispatch center for the wrong receiving.
My receiver address stated to "No44, Jalan-3, Taman Bukit Berlian, 70200 Seremban, NSDK. While from the online proof, it was been sent to the address at Mantin Area with post code 71700 / 71750.
