Barang saya sudah lama dekat j&t cdc bintulu
Barang yang saya order sudah lama sampai ke J&T CDC Bintulu Sarawak, sampai sekarang saya tidak menerima barang saya, saya sudah call ke office J&T Bintulu Sarawak, namun tidak di jawab dan apa masalah service J&T Bintulu, sangat mengecewakan, dahlah service teruk dan staff salah hantar ke alamat tempat lain, sedangkan alamat yang saya bagi adalah betul, langsung tak bertanggungjawab, sangat² mengecewakan J&T Bintulu Sarawak
Slow delivery
Dua parcel saya masih berstatus outbound from mysgateway sejak 2 okt dan 4 okt, sedangkan ada satu parcel yang baru outbound 3 okt sudah sampai ke gateway berdekatan dengan destinasi. Poslaju lagi cepat sampai conpared j&t sedangkan poslaju paling lambat post out, tapi ambil masa 3 hari saja untuk delivered. Saya harap pihak j&t pantas melakukan perubahan dan penghantaran. Dibawah saya lampirkan status tracking no saya. Tq
My parcel Tracking# [protected] sent on 2nd Oct to Sabah now stuck at Klang warehouse since 4 Oct. It has been idle for 3 days already with no updates. What happen to my parcel? I spoke to customer service and they told me to wait 48hrs. If still no update please call us back again. Seriously 48 hrs? and customer have to call you back again? OMG! I have logged down a complaint in J&T website. I have been using J&T for all of my courier needs and this is first time experiencing this problem. Please help to solve this problem urgently!

Pada 26.09.2021 saya ada buat penghantaran sebuah beg berwarna hitam melalui perkhidmatan j&t taman damansara aliff johor
Beg tersebut perlu dihantar ke telok panglima garang, selangor
Saya telah memaklumkan kepada staff j&t berkaitan material beg tersebut yang mudah pecah (supaya lebih berhati-hati semasa dalam proses penghantaran)
Masalahnya semasa beg tersebut sampai ke penerima, beg tersebut telah pecah
Saya hendak menuntut ganti rugi

28hb last update lepas tu tak ada lagi. Boleh recheck balik di mana parcel saya. Sbb sepatutnya paling lewat hari ini. Saya nak gunakan bahan kerja saya sebelum 4hb. Let me know..
Status of parcel delivered but not received yet

I want a clarification on the whereabouts of my parcel : [protected]. I dropped my parcel at jnt Muar on 16/9/2021. After being on hold for more than a week at jnt cdc puchong 601, on 25/9/2021 the status changed to delivered. However, it was delivered at cdc 301. The recipient hasn't received it yet and the proof of delivery was also just an empty picture. I've tried calling the customer service countless times. I've tried calling the branch itself as well as live chat but to no avail. I'm wondering what happened to puchong cdc 301 and 601? I know I'm not the only one facing this issue. Some even said that they lost their parcels at these 2 branches.
Desired outcome: Please assure me that my parcel is still safe and will be delivered promptly. I hope the management will look into this issue and resolve it.

1x exhaust braket
The parcel was place on the gate pillar and the parcel was open said My Grandmother
I was not at Home the crossbar is there but the box was open and the exhaust braket is missing and i suspected that the braket was stolen by the J&T personal could be the rider could me the hub staff because its very suspecious on how the parcel was Deliverd
1.why must they leave the parcel on the pillar
2.why is the photo of proof was not taken full picture because the open part is at the bottom and the picture taken the bottom part was coved up . I really cant tolerate dishonesty and the braket is only worth RM4.00, If the parcel was thorn when jnt recieved why is it still been Deliverd ?
Please la go and reset your bloody SOP and construct a more secqurity when delivering and also pls check on your staff honesty how can you have thief working in your company and the item only cost RM4.00 also wanna steal . I dont like to point fingers but because of the suspicious way how the parcel Deliverd make me suspact your team

My parcel stuck many days and pass my parcel to others
My parcel stuck in drop points many days, also they pass my parcel to other people without any contact or text me! And then the system just updated delivered. I contact many times and call the J&T post office but no one accepts. PLS IMPROVE YOUR SERVICES.

Yup, saya pun sama. Brg saya dh kat j&t LDC kuching 601 dari 23/9/21. Skrg 3/10/21 blm jugak out for delivery. Kalau J&T ada masalah penghantaran sekurang2nya inform customer jangan buat customer tertunggu-tunggu. Risau customer dibuatnya. Tolong la J&T bertanggungjawab sikit.

Delivery Rider didn't call nor text
Hi! I ordered a watch and I want to receive it as soon as possible kasi baka masira na pag always nipapabalik balik ng courier. The thing is when I checked the tracker after J&T texted me the tracking number ++ the name of the rider, I waited for a call or text saying na on the way na sila para masalubong ko. Kaso nga umabot na ng gabi walang call nor text galing kay rider! Then when I checked the tracker again for my parcel it said na "the buyers phone was unattended"?! Ni hindi nagcall or nagtext yung rider so bakit ilalagay nila sa status na unattended ako? Bat parang kasalanan ko pa na walang pantawag riders nyo?!
Desired outcome: Riders should inform the buyer of their whereabouts.

Saya mempunya dua parcel yang mana masih inbound di Bukit Bintang WPKUL Gateway sejak 25 Sept dan masih outbound dari Kuala Selangor SGR WL Gateway sejak 27 Sept. Kebiasaannya hari kedua parcel post out akan outbound from Airfreight99 untuk ke Labuan, tetapi masih lambat. Last 12 September 2021 my dealer was post my parcel from Kota Kemuning to Padang Rengas, Perak using J&T courier but until today I didn't received any parcel also.. It's almost going to be three weeks...

Item has not yet been received, stuck too long at J&T SGR_GATEWAY
My item with waybill no [protected] was supposed to be received on 23 September 2021 stated in Shoppee, but until now still stuck at J&T SGR_GATEWAY from 15 September 2021. What happened to my parcel?! I hope you can solve the problem as soon as possible.
My other item arrived safely even though I ordered them later than the one that stuck at SGR_GATEWAY. I need that item to be sent fast and in good condition. Thank you.
