J&T Serian, it's so frustrating waiting about 1 hour to get my stuff.. J&T serian needs to improve their service.. If nothing action was taken it can ruin the good name of j&t.. Not sure if this situation happens all the time but for me personally i had to move to others logistic after this.. After stand like a guard guarding the premises, its enough for me..

Pada 19/10/2021 pada pukul 3.15 petang seorang despatch J&T telah menelefon untuk turun tingkat bawah ambik barang kepada dia. Saya telah menyuruh barang diletakkan didalam peti surat, tetapi dia berkata barang saya besar. Maka saya terpaksa turun ke tingkat bawah untuk mengambil barang tersebut. Apabila saya turun ke bawah mengambil barang tersebut, despatch hanya duduk didalam kereta dan membuka tingkap kereta, dan saya pergi dekat untuk mengambil barang.

Keadaan ini telah berlaku banyak kali setiap kali despatch yang sama hantar barang ke Blok A, Taman Waja Kuala Pilah. Kesemua pemilik unit mengeluh dengan kejadiaan yang berlaku.

Parcel hold Di LDC 601 Kuching hold lama sangat. Delivery attempt always failed walau selalu ada Di rumah. Tahu tak Barang urgent. Please la J&T jangan buat hal. Call hotline tak berangkat. Apa cerita. Please be responsible with customers item

Sent out parcel Selangor to Kuching on 07-10-2021 suppose receive within 5 days but till now 20-10-2021 ... where is my parcel ? i have been patient make many report but still no status at all . The funniest joke is i contact with customer services told me j&t having high volume parcel in transit if sender / receiver dint report the parcel will be pending until we report this is really poor services...and last WHERE IS MY PARCEL!

i want to know why my parcel (tracking number : [protected]) still stuck at jnt cdc kuching 301 since 13/10/2021 at time 07:24 pm. Why they still not delivery my parcel. I need to confirm at shopee for delivery status.

I hope jnt delivery my parcel as soon as possible.

I got a notification from shopee and it said jnt has cancelled my order because the parcel was lost like HOWW?!?! im so freak!ng mad did your staff steal it?! I'm so disappointed I hope you take action on your stuff I'm SO excited because the parcel is on the way PLUS it is from overseas aaaa "geramnya" did you guys hire staff who have a bad attitude I'm so mad at you guys I have been working for it and your stuff just steal like that I hope you take action to this if not I can't trust your service anymore! do you guys think that by just refunding the money back is enough?! aaaa how about our patient as customer and BUYER?! we wait for the parcel to arrive for more than two weeks?! and you guys simply said it was lost. aaa shbl.

I want to return a package that was delivered yesterday but can't find Naga office to let them know. Obviously the package needs returning within 7 days so need to be able to contact Naga office to let them know, or know where the depot is so I can take the package to them.

I would like to file complaint regarding my item was missing. Date of receive item on 07 October 2021 around 9 am, then I know m parcel open and reseal with cellotape below my parcel, then I open my parcel and I realize my Item is missing. AT 11am I come to JNT Boulevard ranch, Miri Sarawak to inform them regarding my parcel and my missing item. They just told me to make my own complaint. I buy this Item (Corset from my seller Ms. Ivy, with Tracking number [protected]) and she also have the video that she seal my parcel before post the parcel. I need full corporation from JNT to answer my missing item. I request a refund from JNT. Because I also give my whole life working for money to buy this item. This item cost RM221.

Delivered on Friday 15/10/21, left it in letter box without informing the receiver, until receiver noticed it was wet and damaged in letter box.

I have been using J&T service many years and services so far so good until this issue alight me. Kindly contact me in my email [protected]@live.com . I hope J&T will look into it.

I been contact so many times for asking my customer's parcel, they keep drop my line. I said don't drop my line and please don't transfer me to other side, I can wait while you are checking, but they still do the same. Also, they did not help me to settle my issue, problem continuous repeating. I hope Sarawak customer service could improve. Thanks

If J&T cant handle this shipping properly. Just shut down the company.Let pos laju be the only one courier in shoppee. Pos laju is way better compare to j&t.Very dispapointed .

My parcel from Pahang to Selangor, My sister post out on 12 Oct 2021. My parcel stuck at PJS GATEWAY KLANG since 13 Oct 2021 and last update is 14 Oct 2021. My parcel code is [protected]. My parcel have been delayed for 5 days already. There was urgent and important document in there that I want to used urgently. Please deliver as soon as possible my parcel. Thank you in advance.

Dua kali barang diterima dalam keadaan pecah @ tidak memuaskan. Walaupun ada fragile sticker pada barang tersebut, namun staff jnt tetap tidak mempedulikannya. Saya amat kecewa dengan perkhidmatan jnt sekarang. First, penutup periuk Dessini yang dibeli pecah berkecai. Kaca2 yang ada di dalam kotak tersebut telah mencederakan saya semasa membuka bungkusan tersebut. Second, supplement juice dalam botol. Botol kemik dan bocor. Seller dah ambil langkah keselamatan semasa membungkus barangan tersebut. Namun, sekiranya staff bertindak kasar seperti melambung, membaling, menyepak barangan tersebut, absolutely barangan tersebut boleh pecah atau rosak. Please, improve your services..

Selamat petang.. Kenapa parcel saya masih on hold?.. Pengirim dah hantar sejak 17hb september.. On hold sejak 2hb oktober.. Lambat sangat service..3 parcel saya masih on hold di bintulu..

Based on this tracking number, please check the delivery man who sent this parcel. He came angrily saying I didn't put name. While the name is already available. He just needs to find the address and when he reach he keeps getting angry. Other courier also have came before but there was never any problem. What kind of service, the courier man can anyhow angry with customer. Some more, he never come with JNT truck but come with airpak express truck and he also not wearing jnt uniform but only casual shirt.

Hello j&t, there is a serious incident which goes to a lot of my shopee parcel was delivered unsuccessfully due to buyer not on location or destination code wrongly. As I placed order parcels to office that's mean I ask j&t to pass it to the guard ok? Coz I'm working not for j&t seeking me and when he failed to see me to pass the parcel then take back the parcel to the courier. Hello? Then what is the function of I put my office address? Then, the another is destination code wrong so cannot deliver hello? Why other j&t abang can deliver? What's wrong with j&t? Then I chat online at j&t website no reply no settle..so u does not want to responsible for my over hundreds of parcel?

Hi i would like to lodge complaint regarding 1 of j&t rider delivery.. i just got back from work and saw j&t rider not wearing mask throwing parcel infront of my house.. when i came to pick up the parcel there were fragile sticker with notes.. the rider just look at me and went away.. i've attached the parcel picture and the rider's car.. thank you

Pada tarikh yang dinyatakan diatas, pekara pertama yang saya ingin tahu benarkan rider jnt tidak boleh menghantar terus barang ke rumah? Pada tarikh tersebut rider enggan menghantar barang oleh kerana barang besar dan tidak muat kenderaan jnt hantar masuk terus ke rumah kerana laluan sempit sampai perlu push my dad ambil sendiri barang itu diluar, my dad masa tu memang tkde kenderaan besar untuk amik barang tersebut diluar tetapi rider berkeras juga memaksa ayah saya keluar ambil diluar . saya sangat tidak senang atas tindakan rider jnt tersebut, saya sangat mengharapkan jnt msuk hantar terus ke rumah kerana kami tiada kenderaan yang besar untuk mengambilnya dan akhirnya barulah rider tersebut akur dan menghantar barang tersebut kerumah.

Ini kejadian kedua, rider yg sama enggan hantar kerumah dan menyuruh saya keluar amik diluar atas alasan barang saya tidak berbaloi sebab kecil . akan tetapi akan sedikit hairan jnt lain hantar ja barang ke rumah sepupu saya di laluan yang sama sebab rumah saya dengan rumah sepupu saya bersebelahan je, knp rider ni tak nak hantar ye ? bila saya tanya procedure jnt sepatutnya mcm mna? should be hantar sampai rumah kan ? dan rider tersebut agak rude dan agak marah dengan pertanyaan saya . ur side kena faham jugak customer bukan always ada dirumah sometime pun dorang ada kat tempat keja dan ada sebab lain yg tak boleh nk elak . dan betul ke rider memang tk boleh hantar kerumah atas sebab2 tertentu?
